Best hotel location near to the airport. Must importantly it's located at the mall with plenty of food and shopping. It's also most convenient to shop at the Gloria outlet. Hotel and it's room is clean and comfortable.

This is the best hotel during my stay in Taiwan. The room is very big, facilities are new and well maintained. Service is good also. We will book again if back to Taoyuan.

Premium Outlets, Aquarium, MRT, and Express Rail are all very close to the hotel. The most important thing is that the room feels very luxurious and comfortable. I will book this hotel again if I have the chance.

Second stay , the room same as first time , was dirty and make complaint , end up no cleaning for us.

I have nothing bad to say about this brand-new hotel itself. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the HSR station. The staff is professional and friendly, the room is spacious and sparkling clean. However, getting into the hotel is confusing. There is an inconveniently painted hotel sign on the ground, which is easy to miss. From then on, it's a guessing game. Once you leave the HSR, you have to cross an outlet and either continue walking down the street or take a bridge from the outlet to an adjacent shopping mall and enter the hotel from there. During the entire route, there are either no hotel signs or, if there are, they are very well hidden from you. I hope they can improve the directions because it's much easier to take the bridge when you carry heavy luggage with you. Other than that, the hotel is great for the price and I will definitely stay there in the future.

Hotel is 15 minutes by taxi from Taoyuan airport. If you take the train from the airport, it is a 10 minutes ride, and you have to walk 10 minutes through Glacier Outlet outdoor shopping mall to reach the hotel. Hotel is clean and service staff are exceptionally polite. Hotel's breakfast has a good variety. Hotel is well connected to an indoor retail and F&B mall on level 2. X-Park is located within the indoor mall. The business centre at level 5 provides tea, coffee, light biscuits, cold beverage, and potato chips. The gym on the same level is well equipped. The laundry room is on the same level 5. It is a good choice for a solo traveller for business, couple and family with young children. Definitely one of the best Hotels in Taoyuan relatives to location, cleanliness, and service.

We were wow by the attentiveness and the quality of service provided by the team for both of our stay. Will be back again! We loved the breakfast buffet too! Highly recommend for families!

Always a comortable stay near the airport. Good views and clean also near a mall for shopping and dinning.

The location is great. However the sound proofing isn’t the best. We requested higher floor and quieter corner. But we can clearly heard next door neighbor screaming and their kids running throughout the night. Would not recommend it again as the price we pay didn’t meet our expectation.

5 star Hotel! The room was able to accommodate 6 adults with 3 double beds! The design of the room was modern and everything was fantastic! Half an hour away from the airport. The breakfast spread was meant for kings!

The location is excellent, convenient and can access to the shopping malls, restaurant. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will book this hotel again, do doubt. The only downside is the hotel is next to the Aqurium so tends to get a lot of families with kids. If you are not used to have kids around may want to stay away this location.
