What an amazing hotel experience! The staff was so friendly and kind, the room was beautiful and the views were out of this world. The bed was comfortable and the pillows fluffy. Special thanks to the concierge Luca (sp?) who assisted us in many different travel outings and was always available to help us out. The shuttle even did special runs when we had a schedule outside of the normal times.

I thought the hotel was excellent, the views were stunning and the facilities, especially the pool area, fitted the high quality persona. I wanted to highlight the outstanding service from one of the hotel team - Antonella Leccese. Antonella was so helpful and pro-active all the way through our stay. She went out of her way to guide us on things to do and how to organise our time. If the hotel reward employees for positive reviews I really hope they do so for Antonella. Alan Gillies UK

This the second time we stayed at San Pietro in 2 years ! The employees especially Michaela are exceptional ! The hotel is beautiful ! The breakfast is outstanding ! Location is a short walk to Taormina . We also used the shuttle service too . A must stay ! I like it better than hotel Timeo! Get a room with a sea view / terrace !

Just an impeccable experience- I have been at this hotel many times and it never seizes to delight me!! Nothing gets old here. The rooms are just gorgeous, views are breath taking and the staff is beyond warm and hospitable. I had the pleasure of working with Max Ponturo from the reservations office and Luigi who is the F&B Manager. I was organizing a block of rooms for a a number of guests attending an event in Taormina. Through the months leading to the event, Max was handling my requests and all the bookings with so much patience and care. We also had a number of packages sent to the property are very grateful for the team's cooperation in receiving all the packages in advance. Everyone at the hotel received the guests with utmost warm hospitality. Virginia, the Guest Relations Manager also made sure that any needs during the stay were met. All the guests enjoyed their stay and absolutely loved the hotel in every way. We also organized a casual aperitivo for the guests as a welcome, and Luigi, F&B Manager was very cooperative and accommodating. Their team was amazing and the guests had a blast. Also in general everyone loved the service and food at all F&B locations in the hotel. I congratulate the team at Grand Hotels San Pietro for offering such amazing Hospitality, impeccable service and quality food, creating memorable experiences for the guests.

We had a great stay at San Pietro. The hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel is in a perfect location. We loved eating breakfast every morning overlooking the sea. The lobby bar and patio were beautiful as well, and the perfect place to hang out and enjoy one of Christian’s excellent drinks, who is not only a great mixologist but also super friendly and taught us a lot about Sicily! We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

What a fabulous hotel . The views are stunning. Spotless bedrooms and delicious breakfast. The pool is excellent, always plenty of beds. All the staff were excellent with special mention of Veronica head of housekeeping who was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough to help .

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle bus in and out of town was a fantastic service. The room was modern, spacious and the housekeeping services were immaculate. Food in the restaurant and pool bar was outstanding as was breakfast and the servers were faultless. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone thinking of going to Taormina.

Fantastic hotel! Staff were excellent from reception, checking in, restaurants, bar and pool area and all eager to please. The rooms were large, very comfortable and the views are just perfect. Had some great cocktails from the bar that I would highly recommend. Shuttle bus to and from town was a great service too. Would I stay here again.... most definitely!
