They didn't give me the breakfast I had paid. There were a lot of small ants in the hotel. I couldn't use the Wifi in my room. 25 stories big hotel. 2 of 3 Elevator is out of working. 50 + peoples were waiting for taking one elevator. So busy not safety. Breakfast start 7:30, if your flight is early you can't use restaurant in the morning.

This is good hotel in Penang,but lift little problem.Good breakfast anyway everything was good

Very satisfied with the room. Fantastic sea view. Will stay here for my next vacation

Nice hotel. The room is spacious with acceptable amenities. The surrounding is good for relaxation.

Nice hotel located directly at the beach. I got a room on the 23rd floor and the view towards the sea was simply amazing! Best to view the early sunrise, absolutely stunning! When I had a problem with the key card, the receptionist was eager to help, and they send someone to fix it right away. Overall a good option for a weekend getaway. Just keep in mind that the main attractions of Penang like e.g. Georgetown is a little far (about 45 min by car).

After experiencing several times with old equipment, it was still acceptable, but this time I received a room with a damaged television and an air conditioner that is quite old with a noise that was somewhat disturbing. I hope there will be more improvements for comfort in the future.

Breakfast was awful infact i put it as 2. Please make something and upgrade your chefs or food suppliers. The Nasi lemak was the worst the rice was looks like it was kept from last night and heated to be served. I hate to comment more...

Booked for two nights but ended up staying for zero. The room had a stale smell and we were greeted by a huge ant trail. The water from both the kitchen sink and the bathroom was yellow and there was clearly rust around the faucet areas. Got a room swap but the water and ant issues were still present. Went to another hotel for the next two nights instead. Photos look decent but the actual condition of the hotel is poor. It really needs an upgrade. Upset that management did not give us a refund even after we shared these issues. Seriously, rusty water is a health risk!
