The worst bathroom I ever seen. Shower spray broken and toilet hand spray is also installed very cheap and without hand control like 2 stars hotel!! You can see at photos. Not worth of money. Itching a lot after sleeping at their beds something like allergies. Very disappointed. Never visit again. Staff are also not helpful and friendly. Building very old. Inside rooms are still like 1990 decorations.

we stayed for 2 nights.. this is my 2nd time staying in this hotel.. location is in between Feringgi and Downtown.. only downside is breakfast spread is not as a good as i remember..they can do better but overall stay is comfortable

Check-in and check-out went smoothly, but breakfast was a huge disappointment. There was no proper coffee machine, only a small jug of espresso and milk for nearly 500 guests, leading to constant refills and long waits every morning. The food quality was poor, with limited choices, and many items like fruits and juices were not replenished, especially when breakfast service was supposed to last until 10:30 AM. Due to long queues for seating, by the time we got a table, most of the food was already gone. The chefs seemed inexperienced, struggling to prepare eggs correctly despite multiple requests, and the result was always too oily. Given the high price of breakfast, I expected better service and food quality. To make things worse, a staff member named Mohan, who was acting as a barista, was rude when we asked for a latte, assuming it was included in the RM40 breakfast, as it is in most hotels. Instead, he responded with a sour expression, saying it cost RM16 without any courtesy. This was my worst hotel breakfast experience in Penang, and I wouldn’t return or recommend it to anyone.

We had a good time staying here. As the hotel attached to the beach, my kid is so happy to play at the beach and next jump to the pool. Swimming pool lifeguard, he's so friendly and kind hearted. Hotel room is very clean and comfortable, food was okay, and most importantly it's located not too far from the city. Will definitely repeat whenever we come to Penang again.

View cantik, attended staff sgt friendly, breakfast ok byk pilihan juga, cuma bilik lantai x ada carpet, jadi mmg kaki sejuk bila aircond on, jadi bila ada ubah tolak perabot, bunyi bising sikit. Yg lain best sesuai untuk bawa family staycation. Repeat lagi nnti.

Helpful and friendly staff Decent location Average breakfast but limited for vegetarian/vegan or those looking for healthier options It say was renovated recently, but perhaps that was just the pool area (which was nice) as rooms were a little dated Gym ok but A/C not working so very hot in there, many equipment broken or not working but had enough to work out so better than nothing. Right on the beach but not sure it’s worth the price… Better for families I think ~

Everything is good. Just the toilet a bit jaded. The shower head was spraying everywhere and the bidet was leaking wetting the floor every time I used it. Otherwise the hotel room was clean and spacious, the view from balcony was beautiful facing the sea, the area is convenient and the staff friendly. I would recommend it.

One of the best hotel that next to beach with spacious and clean room. Warm welcome by staff and breakfast is just nice especially you seat next to pool side.

It's quite good and the staff is so kind and great for us.The food for our breakfast taste delicious and I will like to be there again.The sea view is fantastic as I can see the whole ocean and the room is so clean

Location is good. Service is good. Cleanliness is good. Facilities are ok. Room furniture a bit old, but still ok.
