For the price I paid and the room condition doesn't compliment at all. For courtesy of guests there is not even a welcoming body language by front office and only 1 access card given without a proper envelope with room number. The whole building looks worn down together with it's aging furniture. Beds were full of dust mites and no proper toiletries; of course the towels are dirty with stains. Only compliment is the location, as Penangite I booked this hotel as left no choice for next days event for my kid nearby. As hotelier in Penang hope we run our business with some pride. Message is for improvement purpose.

Arrived around 2pm and checked inn was smooth. Got room on 2nd floor but its sokay. Room in good condition although was old style. The aircond in room need to service but in living room was okay. Theres a mamak stall and steambot restaurant walking distance in front of main road. Overall was a fine stay

No shower.. no hot water.. room aircond not cool.. others is ok for me.. every single door also hard to lock

I was cheated by trip.com. Trip.com charged me 130, but Agoda only charged 88. I tried to claim price match but the app gave no options to do that. I called customer service several times, each customer service person told me a different thing. Worst experience ever. Trip. Com is not an honest platform, at least the customer service people are not honest. Really disappointed.

The location is great. The hotel is old and needs to be maintained.

Dora was exceptional helpful in handling reception and any requests for us. We had a noisy room next to us, and she helped to find ways to change us to a more quite room. Thank you so much. The room(s) need some attention, AC compressor and fan are noisy. Bath shampoo/body wash dispenser weren't working. The pool was greenish and murking!

This is my 5th time, but this time my room doesn't have bathtub which is quite surprised and no sugar and as well shower gel like always but still recommended for budget room.

Basically it’s a old hotel. The bathroom floors are very slippery due to the smooth surfaces (tiles not suitable for bathroom use). Furnitures and fittings need to be upgraded. The beach is just for view of the sea not for swimming (dirty). There is no upkeep of Landscaping outside the hotel. It’s suitable for short stay.

Receptionist is rude and unfriendly. Moldy shower and looks old. low pressure. Does not provide iron. You must go down to the lobby/laundry room. Ironing room only provide 1 iron and the room itself very bad ventilation and lighting. its an old iron, burn my cloth .

Quiet location, we have good time here, good sleep too. The pool on the roof is the star for the apartment, quiet humble but clean enough for the kids to dip in with nice view. The hotel kind of old apartment but still in good condition. for the price paid, its good enough.

Pros: Good location near beaches. For the price, it's really worth it. Just manage your expectations and compare it with 5 start hotel. Cons: soundproofing of the room is not good. Can hear clearly sounds from the corridor and next room
