Location wise is good, very near to the Bagan Lalang Beach, you can walk there too. However, I am very disappointed with the poor arrangement. The reception counter was located outdoor , hot checking in at 3.00pm. Added I was there twice as they assigned me to an occupied room. Finally, as they are all fully booked, they provided us with an upgraded room. The hassle didn't end here, the master bedroom aircond is malfunction, TV is not working well too, no wifi and telco line is weak. I finally able to sit down and rest from check in at 3.00pm till 6.30pm. Reminder, breakfast is take away type - 1 teh tarik and 1 super spicy nasi goreng that my kids cant take it at all. For hospitality service pov, room was not properly managed, not updated and sync in the system. They overlooked customer's need, coming from different background and age. I hope the management will look into this and improve to serve the customer better.
