The hotel was full of black mold. The bathroom had mold everywhere could not stay in there cause the mold is so bad.

I was in need for a place to stay and called baymont and they accepted me and my family on spot and I love it here I love Craig and Johnathan they are always there to help me and always ask.us if we need anything and always giving kids cookies and treats if u wants a nice motel come here I promise you it.is the best i.have seen in a while .....you won't regret this decision at all thanks alot Brittany Betanco Zepeda wrote this

I love this place ❤️ i came from an homeless shelter ♥️ now a place i can call home i thank GOD for the people who works here i love them all 5 stars ❤️ cant thank yall enough i thank GOD for this place and im sure there are others as well feel the same way

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Booked this hotel for XC Nationals. Checked in and went to the room to find dead bugs on the sheets, hair on the blankets and pillows, dirty floor, poop in the toilet, food crumbs and popcorn on the counter and on shelf. Absolutely disgusting! When I came back to the lobby, the employee looked at me and said, "Was it your room too?" Multiple families canceled their reservations and were forced to scramble to find availability for the sold out hotel weekend. This place should not be open!

This is the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Do not stay here. I wished I had read the actual hotel and other reviews, not just reviews on Priceline. We checked in at 11:15pm on a Friday night and our FIRST room was NASTY. Nothing had been cleaned but was made to look like it. The toilet was disgusting and clogged. Pulled back the comforter and the sheets were nasty and not changed. Crumbs under the cover of the second bed and gross as well. We went down to the lobby and the girl was super nice and stressed. She said she’d have the maid clean the room, so we went to grab some food. We came back and were given a second room. Ehhh. Not as disgusting but still wasn’t cleaned properly and the beds are horrible. Supposed to have a king bed but was given two full size. Both beds are very worn and uncomfortable. One bed has a huge dip in the middle. Finally got settled for bed and went to use the bathroom. What's the chances of another toilet clogged and the toilet was so-so on being clean. Unfortunately for us, we had to stay because there is no other available places in the area. We’d fly home after the game but there’s no flights tonight. Here’s my list of other issues: the room smells musty and gross. No plugger in the bathroom. No wash cloths, no bags in the cans, two towels which look like they aren’t fresh. Coffee maker doesn’t work. Smoke detector broken and laying on the desk. Bedside lights didn’t work. There are other things but we aren’t too picky with cosmetic things. Definitely not like the pictures. All the other reviews on here are true. Stay at your own risk and disappointment.

This place is terrible! We booked here via their website months in advance for a Chicago band show at the Civic Center. Once we arrived, we started to realize this isn't what we thought we paid for. Our room had clearly been smoked in and moldy, so we requested another room. The 2nd room was worse. Black mold on the bathroom walls, dirty towels from the last guests with no new towels, rust on all metal lamps, faucets, etc. The pictures I have will make you want throw up. As we were leaving, we spoke with other guests who had also booked through Other guests said the same thing, they booked based on beautiful photos. I´ve asking for a full refund ever since with no response! What is this about? The Florida Department of Health and the Better Business Bureau should do something about it!

Bella is the biggest joke ever because it isn't even close. I booked my room through **********. The outside of the hotel gives you an immediate vibe that it is not safe. The pictures online do not reflect the state of this hotel. It is filthy. There was a used sponge on the floor of the elevator, the floor of the elevator, the halls, the welcome mats were filthy. Get to our room and the floor is disgusting, blinds are disgusting, there is a fast food cup in the mini fridge with condensation on it. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom on the tub with someone's hair all over it! Needless to say we booked another hotel immediately and left. NOT TO MENTION the price gouging that took place! $250+ because FSU was playing. This hotel also is displaying pictures that don't accurately reflect a thing in the hotel. You must have renovated a room or two for pics and left the rest dingy and dilapidated for their guests. I didn't have time to complain to the front desk because we were already late for a concert. I pulled up my app and booked a second hotel immediately upon entering the room and we left! I was mortified and this shouldn't be allowed to continue for future customers. I have attached the pics of this hotel and I only wish I had time to take more because what you are advertising is a JOKE! Their website is a complete joke looks nothing like the photos! DON'T BOOK HERE!

This was my worst experience in a hotel: no shower curtain, no trash can in the room, and no complimentary breakfast provided as advertised. The maid never cleaned the rooms. I was told they don't since COVID. The appliances were dirty, rusty, and beaten up. Most of the staff had attitudes.

The accommodations are comfortable, it is quiet, and it is in a great location. I was concerned because all of the hotels in Tallahassee seemed to be over-priced but this one met my needs and I enjoyed my stay. I was pleasantly surprised, they did a super job.

The management of this hotel is extremely rude and unprofessional. We arrived a 1pm and were asked to come back at 3 unless we wanted to pay for early arrival check in. We arrived back at 2:45, to be informed that our reservation was canceled, and any reservations made prior to January 2024 were canceled. Our reservation was made through ******* in Sept of 2023, however, I updated to just one night in Jan 2024, directly through the Motel. The Manager on duty, informed us that we were sent an email cancelation notifying us. I asked to see a copy of this alleged notification, when she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. After a brief back and forth, and refusing to give me her name, she finally printed the communication activity on my reservation. They had updated my email incorrectly, so I never received the communication (this should have sent a kickback to them of invalid email), however, the notification was sent Thursday May 2nd, 24 hours prior to our reservation! We had flown in for a graduation and now we had no where to get ready for the event that evening! The manager on duty offered no resolution or other options. We were left scrambling to find any vacancies in a sold out area due to multiple college graduations. It was a horrible representation of their brand and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

All the place nasty, inside and outside the rooms. No soap or toothpaste, nothing in the bathroom, except somebody’s hair all around. No wifi at all, TV with one single channel and remote dead. One of the receptionist must find a job she doesn’t hate. Worst experience ever

We missed the reviews! DO NOT STAY AT CASA DISGUSTING! From the time we arrived, it felt like we made a bad choice. The staff flirted with each other while we stood visible waiting for service. We received room key and headed to room. The elevator was dirty and smelled of *********. The elevator closed halfway and stopped, then reopened without button contact. We selected our floor and exited on our floor. The room smelled like it had not been cleaned. Upon further inspection, we found hair, lashes, crumbs, and other unrecognizable stains on one bed. We also saw hair, urine stains, and fecal matter in the toilet. We called the front desk and informed them. We were put on a brief hold, and then the phone disconnected. We called back, and the clerk apologized and stated she would check to see if there were other cleaned rooms. I informed her that I peeped in all room near mine and they appeared clean. She said which do you want? I chose the one right next door. Went to the front to grab new keys as we were in town for a game and didn't have much time. While at the front desk, I asked if she'd like to see photos so she wouldn't assume we were picky guests. She said I don't, I've only worked here 2 weeks. I'm not sure what that had to do with the price of pasta in Italy. I took new key cards and checked out the new room. SAME MESS DIFFERENT ROOM! We headed to our event, then dinner and stalled so as not to spend a lot of time in the room. We returned to the room approximately 11pm. We attempted to rest on top of bed with clothes on. About 30 mins later, a large crowd of people had a 30-minute parking lot fight and party. Needless to say, we couldn't sleep. We decided to get on the road and take our 4-hour trip tired. DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY NEED NEW MGMT OWNERA HOUSEKEEPING AND FRONT DESK STAFF.

While this isn't a high end Hotel, I was perfectly satisfied with my room. Everything worked and the room was clean. it was quiet and I got a good night's sleep. My rate was $97. Previously I had stayed at another Hotel in Tallahassee. The rate I was quoted was $200. There definitely was not enough difference to justify an extra $100. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised to see they had a complimentary breakfast.

First of all kudos to the staff they are so polite and friendly. They deserve 5 stars. Now where the poor review comes in. The room I stayed in the smoke detector was lying on the TV stand, the TV did not work. I opened the refrigerator and it was completely frosted over in the freezer and had a terrible smell. The safety lock on the door was missing a part. The floor was so sticky I would not go barefoot or even in socks. I wore sandles the entire time. My room had small ants on the bed. The beds are hard. I did not sleep well worried about someone coming into my room due to location in the back. Again the staff and breakfast were good.
