Restaurant service not great

Was brilliant All the members were so lovely and helpful to us. Definitely will revisit this lovely place again.

Had a great stay at the resort. All the staff were kind and friendly and the service was excellent. Enjoyed the show and performance offered during dinner. Transfer and transport services were provided as requested. Food was not bad, but I hope that there could be more variety in the future. One drawback was the presence of mosquitoes and lizards at times in the room (might be due to the rainy weather and tropical environment setting). Overall accomodation and experience at resort was good.

Totally and utterly amazing…..one of our favourite stays anywhere in the world. 2 night wedding anniversary surprise for my husband and they decorated the bed with stuff from the garden and made it look beautiful. The pool villas are huge and stunning, so peaceful and private, we barely moved from there as it was just so incredible. The main pool area and beach was beautiful too, and sitting at the restaurant overlooking the pool and beach at sunset was perfect. All the staff are so so lovely and sweet. The gym was great and had all i needed, running and cycling in the area is fantastic. Will stay here again for sure. Best decision ever to come here

Amazing hotel with great food and perfect quite location.

A great resort to wind down and feel pampered, leaving all negativity behind. Amazing architecture, huge level of privacy for the private pool and bathtub on patio. We will be back

Шикарный отель на потрясающем пляже. Зеленая территория Ресторан и бассейны находятся на первой линии на пляже, а абсолютно все виллы через дорогу, что стало полной неожиданностью. Движение не интенсивное, но постоянное пересечение дороги не позволяет отпускать детей в номер одних. На пляже вообще нет людей. Вокруг только элитные виллы. Прекрасное место для уединенного размеренного релакса. Вода шикарна, прозрачная, видимость вниз метра 4-5. Пляж длинный, широкий и без мусора (при чем уборщиков нет). В воде никто не кусает (на соседних пляжах Пхукета жрут под вечер в это же время). Лежаков и зонтиков в 2 раза больше чем людей. Питаться можно только в отеле, в пешей доступности нет ресторанов, кафе и даже макашниц. Цены адекватные, еда разнообразная и вкусная.

已經連續兩年過來渡假了，家人們都很喜歡！安靜，舒適，海灘很美……這次沒能訂上大泳池的房間，稍微可惜了點（攜程的房型選擇有問題）……

除了房間有些小飛蟲，其他都非常完美

Wunderbare Anlage! Direkt am privaten Strand! Uns wurden die Wünsche regelrecht aus den Augen gelesen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute westliche und asiatische Küche! Sehr erholsamer, ruhiger Urlaub!

房間都很好，很乾凈。衹不過酒店其實不在布吉上，在島外一個渺無人煙的地方，前不着村後不着店，攜程網站有一定的誤導宣傳。我本身提前定好的接機島內司機硬是沒來，因為順這個地方不在島上，幾乎沒人送，送機價格離譜，附近也沒有什麼娛樂項目跟交通設施，隨便叫個車，最便宜都400多去市區也就7.8分鐘的路程。所以各位一定要擦亮眼睛！！！！！！！！ 環境的確很好，服務也不錯，有一對一管家真的很棒，而且隨處可見的東南亞元素！小屋裡白天的採光運用了琉璃玻璃，特別好！

如果你喜歡蟑螂和糟糕的服務，Santhiya將是你的不二選擇。五星級度假村，房間無門鎖，衹能把入户落地窗簡單的鎖上，很不安全，樓下的大門更是一推就開。房間內因為木質傢俱很多有陰黴味，泳池水不知道多久沒換！房間內有蟑螂🪳🪳🪳，很多，半夜在你睡着的時候會聽到蟑螂窸窸窣窣的爬和窗外詭異的鳥叫，五星級酒店前台不是24小時的，半夜你有任何需要，哪怕是因為房間根本沒有鎖而導致的安全緊急情況，迎接你的都會是明早再説哦🤪周邊的設施不用多説，最近的便利店距離三公里，打車350泰銖去最近的便利店。十分不建議入住該酒店！不建議！
