Room was nice and clean. Location was alright, it was next to a few other hotels so we could walk over to different restaurants.

服務非常好，酒店海灘的日落非常美，去鬧市吃飯的地方步行16分鐘左右可以租一個摩託車會很方便，但是很安靜，去斯米蘭一日遊也不會很早起來這個價格物超所值，和老公都超喜歡這家酒店之後還會再來

Отель цена качество , по сравнению с соседними отелями дешевле в два три раза . На свои деньги вполне отлично . Первая линия , все окна на море , лучший кусок пляжа . Обедали в основном в нашем отеле , понравилось больше чем в расхваленном соседнем ресторане . Массажи на четверку , но если посмотреть что в основном проживают пенсионеры , то жесткий массаж и не нужен . Ужинать ходили вдоль трассы по отдельной дорожке , что для Тайланда редкость . На такси 100 бат . Но мы любим ходить так что для нас это был большой плюс . Убирают хорошо , но только надо вывесить табличку , пару раз забывали повесить и остались без уборки , но надо отдать должное что нам оставляли воду , кофе , сахар , бумагу и мешки для мусора у двери . Если я окажусь на Као Лаке я выберу этот отель еще раз .

ห้องกว้าง บรรยากาศดีมาก เปิดประตูออกมาคือเห็นทะเลเลย ราคาไม่แรง แล้วก็ไม่วุ่นวาย รวมๆๆคือดีมาก 😊😊

目の前にビーチがありますが、食事をするなどの繁華街までは少し遠いです。 私たちはプーケットタウンからカオラックまでのバスに乗りまして、到着のバスターミナルまでの道のりにホテルがあるので、運転手に伝えて、ホテルの前で降ろしてもらいました。 受付の方に「レンタルバイクをしたい。」と言えば、電話をしてくれてホテルまで届けてくれるサービスを受けました。 助かりました。 レンタルバイクを借りれる方であれば問題ないですが、足がないと少し不便な場所になると思います。 サービスは悪く無いですが、うっかりとルームクリーニングを忘れてました。 素直に謝ってくれたので、気分は悪く無かったです。 まぁまぁです。

Check 8n was slow. We arrived at 2.40pm and the room was still not ready. Finally they gave a room and before we even went into the room they had to change again yo another room due to some aircon technical issues. No food available. You need to go to town for your food. Maybe it's the low season. Morning check out the staffs have not arrived yet. But there was a night guard to collect the keys. Room was OK. A bit dated. Room door have to use key to lock. Best was the shower. The water was really strong. Love it. Beach looks OK. But the waves was very strong. Conclusion I think it has seen it's better days.

Hotel very run down its not good if you have walking difficulty as its hilly and has loads of steps to get down to the beach, the staff are friendly however I asked if we had an email about our transfer and was told the computer wasn't working neither was the phone, the hotel is a bit far out from everything , the restaurant was more like a canteen and closed at 2100 hrs , The view from our room was lovely

My intention was to stay fro 4 days, it ended with my staying 12 days. Large clean rooms, friendly staff, and the sea was immediately outside my room. It was a perfect break after a week in Bangkok. Khao Lak has everything you might need for a short beach holiday and it’s quite a peaceful place.

We arrived at this Hotel on 12th Nov, First impressions - not the best entrance, work going on in different parts, needs attention. The reception not really welcoming, after over 20 hours of travelling a welcome drink, refreshing flannel would have been nice. We checked in quickly and took to our room, very little help with luggage. We had a top floor sea view room, it was dated, curtains had holes in, toilet seat had a glued crack in it (this did break during stay, and replaced very efficiently) however spotlessly clean, the cleaning lady did a lovely job each day. The view from the room was gorgeous, we could hear the sea lapping against the shore line, and it was very peaceful. We only ate one snack during our stay, the restaurant and seating area wasn’t very welcoming. The setting is lovely and with a few touches, could be great. Plenty of sun beds and towels provided. Also an excellent beach shack where you can enjoy a massage, at a very good price. Nearby are hotels dotted along the beach. We can recommend the restaurant at the Paradise hotel, couple of minutes from hotel. In all we had a super time, and the price paid for the rooms reflect what you pay for.
