Nice hotel located in the heart of Takayama city. Room is a bit small but overall cleanliness and service are good. Price is a economical too and it has in house onsen too.

Unexpected good, like the hotel with simple and lovely modern design. The added value is the hotel have the hot spring onsen for guest to use.

The room is pretty small and has a musky smell which can be resolved by opening the hotel windows Decent enough for a 3 star hotel and the price The small room is a double bed as twin bed cost much more.

The room is cozy and have everything needed but small. They have limited parking lot next to the hotel. We have to park at second car park because next to hotel one is full and parking fee JPY500. All the guests except kids have to pay hot spring tax no matter whether use the hot spring facility.

Best hotel in Takayama for me and my sister. They provide all necessary amenities. Staffs are friendly

Takayama is not a big city, so the hotel location is always going to be an easy 5/5. The hotel is clean, quiet and the onsen bath is great. The hotel also helps to use luggage transporting service which help me to send my luggage to my following destination after a night in Kamikochi. Great place with great amenities so a big recommended for a stay at Takayama.

The room has queen size bed. Was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. We love the key that the hotel provide. They have the onsen in the hotel. We went since we paid for it. They even give free drinks in the evening. They are a lot of food in the surrounding area. We have the best Hida beef in takayama. Would love to come back here again

Near the ancient street. Lovely room and view from room. Good value of price.

Able to reserve parking space, staffs are able to communicate in English also nice and helpful

The room is quite small. (Smaller than expected). Also the bed seems smaller than American standard. The air condition is located at the bottom of the bed. So the wind blew in your face and this can make you feel sick the next day, especially if you’re sensitive to weather. The towel and pj are not that clean. We believed it’s washed but we spot the dark red spots on towels and there is some hair on new pajamas. But location is good and also have small onsen on the 1st floor.

Staffs are so nice, friendly, politely. Accept early suitcase delivery before date of check in and keep temporarily after check out. Onsen is great.
