Loved this hotel. Felt like a spa with rhe common hot bath. Different sake for sample and ice cream poles on demand. We were also ro arrange for our luggage to bs sent directly to Nagoya from their lobby - super convenient!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is few meters away from the train station, the old market and the temples.Their common area is very good with free coffee and tea served. The only downside is the early checkout which is at 10am.

The counter service crew lady was the rudest person i encountered from my entire Japan trip. While explaining the car park arrangements, she raised her voice at me while i was trying to understand how far the allocated carpark for 1 day stay was, assuming I didn’t understand the policies. This first impression has deeply damaged our experience in the hotel.

Nice, reasonable, comfy hotel. Room is simple, Japanese style but comfy. Mine was a bit dark on ground floor. Breakfast is in a box so no restaurant. Small single hot bath. Nice lobby to hang and have a free sake taste or beer. Nice touch. Close to old street walking areas if you want to shop a bit but nothing extensive. Easy access via a bus to other towns that are less touristy.

Went with my mom for a one night stay. Had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed all the complimentary amenities and refreshments. The staff were warm, thoughtful and polite, and explained everything in excellent English. Will definitely recommend you to check this place out. Its pretty easy to find from the jr line.
