Harunako Onsen Yusuge anmeldelser

The onsen and hotel room was decent and clean, onsen runs all night which was great. However, the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, with the nearest convenience store 30 minutes drive away and the nearest family restaurant 45 minutes drive away. We arrived at 8.30pm and no food was available anymore in the hotel, or anywhere near the hotel. Driving at night was also quite scary, down the windy and unlit roads. Hotel staff could not speak English. We tried calling the hotel to inform them we would arrive late due to road conditions, and to request for 1 hour later check out, but they struggled to understand. They denied the late chack out strictly as well. The views were pretty though :)

Winter is a nice place for traveler who need peaceful and quiet place.

It's better to provide more choices on the menu.

留意酒店房並沒有私人浴室 如果想付費往公共澡堂 房間內有少少異味 但房間對住榛名湖景色優美 酒店內澡堂非常舒服但也非常殘舊

這酒店服務非常到位，因山上路面結冰無法騎車前行，還有十多公里到酒店、亦已開始入黑，只好撤回到山腳附近便利商店打電話到酒店求助，有懂英語的服務員，當請店員向他們說明位置後，馬上派車來接我們回酒店，而且，雖然到酒店時已經晚上八點多，但仍然為我們準備晚餐！隔日退房亦把我們送回便利超商取車。這種待客之道，下次必定再來光顧！

視野很好，房間也很大。

非常滿意，環境很好，很寧靜。工作人員服務態度很好很熱情，帶有晚餐和早餐，晚餐菜式也挺豐富。

去程夜晚行小山路非常辛苦及驚嚇，夜晚10:00左右櫃檯已冇人做check in ，房間大，温泉浴室大，日式早餐不錯

高齢の母と今回は初めて利用させていただきました。チェックインの時間より、早めに到着してしまいましたが、快くすぐに案内してもらい、お部屋に入ることができました。心遣い、ありがとうございました。そして、温泉良かったですし、夕ご飯がとても豪華で、美味しかったです。部屋にはバスタオル、フェイスタオルがあり、アメニティーは、歯ブラシだけです。ですので、櫛やそのほかが必要な場合は、自分で持っていくことをお勧めします。ですが、フロントでも安価で購入できます。お風呂場には、化粧水、乳液、馬油クリームなどがあり、ありがたかったです。個人的な好みになりますが、枕がとても固かったので眠りづらかったかな…これは好みの問題ですね。すみませんm(__)mまた、リピートしたいです。ありがとうございました☆
