房間很小很小！頂樓的温泉很不錯！酒店環境氛圍不錯，早餐是定食。

温泉が広く清潔で気持ちが良かった。 路上の歩行者から部屋が丸見えだった。宿泊中は気になって部屋のカーテンが開けられなかった。高額宿泊料なのに外の景色が全くみられないのは残念。

很大很舒服

嘘をつかれ、最悪でした… 正直、星1つもつけたくありません。 JCBとよく間違われるので、事前に「JTBの旅行券」が使えるか電話で確認したところ、男性スタッフから「使えます」との返事だったのでこちらの宿にしました。 しかし、いざ宿泊し、チェックアウトの時に「使えません」と言われました。 あり得ません。 使えなかったらこちらの宿にしてませんでした。 チェックアウトは女性スタッフでしたが、「JCBなら使えました」とのこと。 こちらは、だからこそ電話で確認していたので、『宿側がそれを言うのか』と、愕然としました。 私は今回の宿泊で、私がシングルマザーで妊娠・出産する事になり大変心労をかけた高齢の母に、日頃の感謝を返したかった…！ なのに、チェックアウトがスムーズにいかなかった事で、「何かトラブルか」「生活費は大丈夫か」「半分出すよ」と、余計に苦労と心配をかけてしまい、恥もかきました。 本当に本当に最悪です。 「対応した者が見つからないので、後日電話します」との事でしたが、見つかったとして、どう責任を取るつもりでしょうか。 また分かり次第次第、追記します。 It seems you had a frustrating experience with a hotel booking due to misinformation about using JTB travel vouchers. The hotel promised to investigate and contact you later, but the incident left you feeling deeply upset and unable to forgive the mistake.

My wife and I stayed one night as a splurge on our Japan trip. We took the train from Kyoto, the hotel was a short walk from the Tarazuka station. We stayed in a "western" suite with a private bath. Our stay was great, the room was large with a great river view, the bath was so relaxing and the staff were friendly.

日帰り入浴でホテルの温泉を利用した。入浴料1800円（フェイスタオル付）はちょっと高いが、人も少なく高級感があり、町のスーパー銭湯とは一味違った体験ができた。
