Indeed super fantastic experience. I typically do not write reviews but this hotel definitely worths a review to demonstrate what first-class service they are offering.
Fantastic location -- 3min walk to the train station. When checking in, there was a very lovely small gift, and my ID card was very well taken with even a protection shield. The staff there guided me all the way to my room, and regularly checked whether everything is okay.
Super fantastic experience.

Excellent location, just few minutes walk from Taiyuan Railway Station, many bus stops and taxis right in front of the hotel. Staff are attentive.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with another friend. Immediately when we checked in the service was very nice! We speak mostly English and they went out of their way to help translate and bring us to our room. The room, however, did not feel the cleanest. There were some stains on the rug and chair, the bathroom smelled slightly like eggs, and the hotel door needed to be slammed shut. I would recommend this place for people who are budgeting, want to stay close to a train station, and are not staying for too long!

來太原很多次，第一次住華苑賓館。感覺非常好。房間被褥乾淨整潔。服務人員服務熱情周到。前台的服務員親自送我們到樓層客房。還給我們贈送了禮品和小米粥。賓館位於太原火車站附近。樓下就是地鐵站，出行非常方便。停車免費。

酒店設施齊全，衞生間還接有直飲水，乾濕分離，衞生乾淨整潔👍，住宿環境很好🆗，交通又便利，靠着火車站，門口就是公交站跟地鐵，完全不用擔心交通問題👌
我訂的是特價單間，是沒有窗户的，賓館大堂經理王倩服務真的很棒！入住時賓館給我升級了房型，賓館還有提供免費的小米粥，還給我贈送了第二天的早餐☺️，受寵若驚的感覺，一路送我到房間，天氣不好還友善提醒，太原有什麼好玩的都推薦給我，第一次來太原就讓我對這個城市充滿了好感！就沖這個賓館的服務，下次來太原我還要住華苑賓館！！！

這麼多年住的最棒的酒店！服務真的太棒了！前台的徐欣然小姐姐真的特別熱情周到，給我的身份證還弄了個卡套，送了一個特別漂亮的毛巾，得知我第二天5點就要出門，頭一天晚上就給我準備了一份早餐送上來😭酒店位置也挺好，旁邊是太原站，還有地鐵站，打車到哪都挺近

酒店的服務非常好，首先辦理入住前台小姐姐會送客人上樓到房間，有賓客到家的感覺，入住當天晚上還會贈送山西特產小米粥，特別貼心，次日早上因為要很早出行，酒店得知此情況會特別體貼的準備了豐富的早餐打包。酒店的位置出行特別方便，公交地鐵近在咫尺，強烈推薦。
