Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II anmeldelser

The room sucks! Will never go again. Very poor room quality and cheap design. My mom complained the whole night and day. Will never go again.

I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because "the hotel is closed for the day". When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered "because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number". This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

The reception I met was very unfriendly and inpatient.

Very nice staffs, great location with shopping centers and restaurants around, closed to night market. Free parking lot. highly recommended if you are planning to stay in Taitung for your vacation with your friends/family

Very good location . Just in front of the main bus station . Suitable for those who need public transport . Breakfast is so so n room is not very clean n slightly small .

Very good & clean hotel

工業風的房間，床很舒服，剛好睡到邊間高樓層，有開兩個窗戶通風很好，遠遠的還可以看到海，另外一頭面對轉運站，剛好過年遠遠的也看到有人放煙火，早餐很好吃，樓下也有提供飲料及咖啡機，還有微波爐可以熱一下從外面帶來的食物，對面就是轉運站搭車方便，附近現在也有Ubike騎著單車逛市區也很好，整體體驗很棒，樓下也有介紹附近的美食旁邊就可以吃到排隊的夢晚粥

飯店位置位於市中心房間乾淨明亮,旁邊就是百貨公司,外出用餐方便,家樂褐,全聯就在附近,對面鐵道展示,可自由參觀。

地點距離鐵花村頗近，外出吃飯也方便，只可惜旅館內部隔音不好，住宿當天晚上隔壁小孩過於喧鬧，而且馬路上經過的車聲也聽得到，有些影響睡眠品質。不過早餐有分素食及葷食口味讓人覺得溫馨！

飯店早餐是自助吧，用餐時間最晚可以到9:30很貼心～ 床好躺，睡得很舒服～ 要早一點報到，才會有停車位～不然就只能去附近的公有停車車位，一個小時$10也不貴～

地點很好，旁邊有停車場秀泰鐵花村，可以去逛逛。附近賣吃的很多，價格合理！房間看似不大，但也還有活動空間，冰箱裡的飲料是免費的，太好了。早餐很豐富，人員服務也很好，給讚！

服務人員非常親切及用心。連住2晚，隔天早餐有變化，地點非常的好，可步行逛遍台東鬧區。衛浴使用軟水，真的很滑！
