Pros - iron/ironboard and hairdryer provided in each room, toothbrush and showercap also provided -room very spacious!! -have minibar - have ceiling fan - plenty parking spaces - cheap breakfast rm9/pax, few eating places walking distance from hotel - water pressure good - room price is cheap Cons - deposit rm100 - not really a fan of the bathroom overall, really worth to stay at this hotel.

So no face towels but it's probably a lot to ask from a hotel that only charges you minimum for your stay. Love that you can combine beds.

This hotel conveniently located around the tourist attractions. The eateries also very nearby. This hotel also provides EV charging stations (3 lots). The staffs were very accommodating and quite fast service. The room was exactly as advertised. Water pressure also good. I intent to come back as we did not have enough time for Bukit Larut’s trip and wanted to visit the Prison too. The Museum was having international museums day so, we did not pay for the entrance fees. The cafe nearby the reception area was having promotional buffet and ala carte and the price also very affordable. I highly recommend families with kids to stay here. Safe and convenient. CIMB bank is just across the street.

Friendly staff. Good location. Near Taiping Mall and Lake. There are lots of nice food near the hotel within walking distance. Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Overall ok

The room are clean, the air-cond works well...i will stay once a month in this hotel, location wise is easy to find only surrounding is mosque and primary school.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was friendly and the room is well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taiping.

When I booked the rooms, I specifically requested for twin beds as I was travelling with friends and not family. But the reception said that I booked a King Room and demanded that I pay an extra MYR30 for a twin bedded room. I’m not satisfied as all the hotels I booked before would gladly allow for the request of twin beds at no additional cost, even if I made a mistake in selecting a King Room. I think that that’s very poor service provided.

Stayed for 2 nighst. No need room clean room. Called to reception 2 times to request refill the room utilities：instant coffee and bottle water. Someone sent waters only. 1 time through Trip Online Service, doesn't help. No slippers, no removeable hanger can used. Give up their service.

Hotel location is great. Close to train and bus station as well as the famous Larut Matang Food Court. Room is clean and decent. Mini bar provides the famous local produced Spritzer Spring Water at reasonable price. They also provide pretty cheap breakfast buffet for RM8. Overall I am happy with the stay.
