"Location is great. It is located just right opposite to the Taipei Main Station. You may stay here if you have an early flight has to catch. Things to remark is they didn’t clean the room daily but they will collect the rubbish and change the towel daily which consider acceptable for us. One of my friends got bitten by the bugs and caused itching on the legs. The staff provided us ointment, offered room changing, sprayed some mist on our bed. Overall they did try their best to help."

"The hotel is a bit far from the metro - it takes me 8 minutes of walk at my fastest speed but more realistically it takes about 12-15 minutes. But! It makes up with its amenities. I really like the Smart TV which has youtube and even free netflix! The toilet also has a bidet :) And the electrical plugs are universal. They also provide complimentary access to a well-equiped gym nearby! tip: there's a restroom you can access when you collect your luggage and you can use it to freshen up!"

"The location is wonderful, just right above Taipei Metro Station. Their service is the best, my check-in was delayed due to room is not ready but they extend my check out time as compensation. Even the room have no window but the air is still fresh, no odour at all, my family are very sensitive to smell but we all agree this is a comfortable stay. Water dispenser and fridge are provided, towels will be changed daily during house keeping and is more than enough."

"Extremely good location, you got shops, restaurants, convenience stores, taxi station, underground station in 1 min walk. The hotel is maintained very well and clean, and does not feel old fashioned, that we like a lot. The room we stayed is quite big, which is surprising for downtown Taipei. They got pillows with different textures suitable for different people, I think the is is quite thoughtful. The bed is a little bit too stiff though. The breakfast is generally good and they got braised pork with rice in the breakfast session, my god that was good. The gym room is small but got sufficient dumbbells for some simple workouts. The dumbbell bench is a bit unstable and I suggest the hotel shall replace it to avoid safety incidents occur. In general, an excellent stay, 9/10"

"The staff upgraded our room and gave us a bigger room and bigger beds.the staffs are helpful and polite.the hotel itself and our room is clean and looks new.we enjoyed the public sauna which is open 7 am to 10 pm.the swimming pool was nice too.the buffet breakfast was superb..all choices have.(Western ,Chinese etc).they don't provide water bottles in the room however the hotel provides water machine where u can get drinking water..the mini bar was free to consume which is really good.bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush as the hotel doesn't provide it but other toiletries have. It's a far walk to metro zhongxiao xinsheng exit 4.however,the hotel provides free shuttle bus going to metro station starting at 9 am and every 30 min. Need to reserve first.all in all ,I will love to stay in this hotel again..have Netflix and you tube too."
