Very central location (20-minute walk from Taipei main station). Staff are very helpful and kind.
Minus one star for no window. Otherwise perfect.

The location is quite close to shopping malls and METRO stations like Shuanglian and Zhongshan. There are quite a lot of amenities nearby, although the amenities in the hotel are slightly lacking. Room are quite comfortable and cosy.

My family and I stayed at the hotel in early December. The staff is kind and courteous, the service is very good, the hotel location is good, the transportation and shopping are very convenient, and the hotel room is very new and clean. I will book this hotel again

The location is good and the bedroom is cozy. However, I could hear the voice from the corridor clearly in the morning and found a tiny cockroach in the bathroom on my last day.

房間地方有點小，吹風機也不夠大風，
早餐時間是7:00-9:00 時間有點短來不及吃，
衛生環境欠佳，東西都沒清潔乾淨，
還留了上一個客人的假眼睫毛（我沒有拍）
洗手間跟浴室是分離的，水壓不錯。
服務員都很有禮貌，
不見了房卡正常是$500一張最後收了$300，
提早了45分鐘到也給我提前進去很不錯，
還有停車場不用收錢的～
