I have paid an extra money to upgrade to a room with outside view windows and double bed room; but the City Hotel front counter insists that the TRIP company never either to give them any instructions or money to upgrade this reservation? Then they only can offer us a standard room with a fake window and one king size bed, I think that your company should refund us the difference that I had paid for and explain who made the mistake?

I love the layout (single adult room). The location is suit for me as it near the place I wanted to visit.

City Hotel is a basic hotel located in the Zhongshan area of the city. Situated 5 mins from Nanjing Fuxing MRT it’s a convenient place to stay and not too far from the central areas of the city. There is also a very good hotpot restaurant close to the hotel which is good to try.

Not far away from nanjing Fuxing station, no smell, water pressure ok, air con could be switched off and window could be opened. The carpeted floor is a little bit outdated

Location was close to MRT. Food & beverage and shops were very convenient.

The location is good the room is clean the staff is very kind cheap place to stay near station access landmark in a minutes this hotel is not for sensitive/ richkid people if your looking for budget friendly hotel choose this thanks you city hotel.

Very outdated room design With unnecessary old wooden cabinet Look unclean messy with weird smell . Weird smell cupboard , room and walk way Only valuable are staff are nice and no other strength. X choice stay in Taipei area!

The hotel and service was okay. the place was not so clean but location was pretty well.

Excellent location, very close to the MTR station, good cleaning service, but the air-conditioner has smoke odor drifting out, need to improve.

The hotel location and check-in procedure was easy and comfortable but the light control panel was useless and confusing. The reception didn't cater to the wifi problem that we faced in our room and for two days the wifi wasn't working. The room cleaning staff was good. Overall the stay was mediocre and not on par of the price we paid for the room.

Good location , convenient and value for money. Simple room but nearby has Food and Beverage, which is very good!

My parents thought that the hotel’s location was excellent. There were a variety of restaurants and stores near the hotel. It was not too far from the MRT as well. The tea provided in the room was good. It seems that the guest rooms have been updated as the room that they stayed in was better than the last time. The front desk staff members were very kind.

The worst thing was inadequate hot water supply for bathing.
