The underground walk for exit was a lil far but manageable. Amenities the best!

Second time trying this hotel. I still remembered I had a pleasant stay before therefore I decided to book this hotel again. I noticed they have changed some of the policy like they dun provide toothbrush and toothpaste, there is no make up room services available. As I am staying for 3 nights, I have accumulated all my rubbish in the room for 3 nights which is a little inconvenient. Though I think you can still call them to clean the rubbish or request new towels. One suggestion is to install a full length mirror in the room. The room I am staying only have one mirror at the basin. Not easy to make up and also to see ur full body outfit. Nevertheless, the staff are friendly and they also provides unlimited tea and mineral water, and also evening snacks.

Tip top cleanliness in the room. Superb location.

Staff service was good, place is very convenient with loads of eateries nearby. Including vegetarian eateries. Near to a mall too. Very family orientated and kids friendly

Very beautiful hotel near to Taipei main station and it is just outside one of the exit. However there are 2 hotel brands here so do take note when you are booking, their reception is the same but they serve different floor level and you have to use different lift to access different hotel in the same building. Happy hour 4pm to 6pm: free snacks like fries and nuggets. Laundry room has 4 washing machine and 4 dryers on level 4 and there is a kids indoor playground (closes at 10pm), there are also free flow of snacks (potato chips etc) at the hotel lobby.

The room it's clean and new. Location is convenient near the Main station. Absolutely no service available, room cleaning or breakfast don't exist.

Room was spacious and toilet was clean and tidy. Location is great, near Taipei station and walking distance to Ximending, Ningxia Night Market and Fuhang Soy Milk. Staff are very friendly and provide free luggage storage.

Good location. Cheerful staff at reception. The hotel room looks new and clean. Register as member to receive a gift. Many titbits and pretty playground. Staying one night. . We recommend this hotel!

Hotel is very near to Taipei main station which is the best of the best trait of this hotel. Taipei main station being the centre of the mrt line is very good when travelling down to ximending(one station away) and a few station away from other night markets. Not to mention the hotel is also very near to many popular local food such as fuhang soy milk and the raohe pepper bun (they have a franchise branch near the hotel). The hotel is also near to a departmental store which makes shopping and changing of currency so much easier !! 10/10 recommend this hotel !!

They do an upgrade on my room. Staff friendly

Room is big, bed is comfortable. Wide selection of TV channels, movie and you tube. Surrounding with convenient store, lots of local eateries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take the airport express train, exit K12! Cross the road, the hotel is opposite.. Elevator to 4 floor to check in. DO NOT take the exit Z8 indicated in the map (though it is right in front of the hotel) if you have luggage. There is no lift, you will need to struggle with stairs.
