Check in time at 5pm and it was way too late. Location wise is a bit far when you have to push your big luggages on the street as there are 2 traffic lights that required pedestrian to wait quite awhile when crossing the road. Another small street has no traffic light, pedestrian just need to watch out while crossing. Subway Exit 5 no need to cross a street. However, Exit 6 needs to cross a street. The room was spacious but only basic amenities like shampoo, towels, toilet paper and 2 bottles mineral water were provided in the room. Then only I realised some light snacks and breakfast like bread were provided. Water dispenser, coffee and tea sachets were provided outside the room. There was instant food vending machine in the hotel. I saw a laundry room but never went inside. There was a supermarket downstairs and quite convenient. But due to privacy, the room will only be cleaned if hotel guests informed hotel front desk. Then room key need to be given to front desk then only the room will be cleaned. I informed the front desk as after 1st night my rubbish was not dumped and room was not cleaned. The next day I informed front desk to clean my room. However, only rubbish was dumped but floor and toilet was not cleaned at all. I got a shock and just kept quite. Then I realised the hotel had few choices for hotel guests to choose which types of cleaning required. Which I later discovered but not truly understood. This is weird practice. As I paid for few nights stay in many hotels, the housekeeping staff will clean the room thoroughly without being told specifically where to clean. Hence, I stayed in the same room with dirty floor and wiped the toilet floor myself for few nights. I was a bit disappointed with the housekeeping service provided by this hotel. Front desk staffs were friendly and light snacks, light breakfast and coffee/tea sachets were provided plentiful.

Room is big enough for a family. The location is excellent, staff are friendly. There is also free simple breakfast

Hotel check-in only 5 pm and check out 11am. It is too late for check-in, and even if they have room, they will only allow you in at 5 pm. Not flexible hotel, and also has been informed by hotel staff is check out not on time, it will charged at NT 200 TWD per min.

Good hotel for a great price. Their system worked perfectly with the housekeeping. Only thing is that sometimes it can be a bit noisy, but if that doesn't bother you, I would definitely recommend it!

A pocket friendly budget hotel which is 10mins walk from Taipei Main Station. Plenty of food and beverage options surrounding this "outdated" plaza. The famous NingXia Night Market is just located next street.

Basic and cheap, better than a hostel that could be noisy. Though there was some music in the evening you could hear, but it didn’t go too late. Ironically the room only had a window on to the hall and no blackout shades so it didn’t get completely dark. But overall good for a night or two.

Need to walk 9 min to Zhongshan Mrt, the nearest mrt. Walk only 5 min or less to ningxia night market. Hotel is L3 of the building, there’s another hotel at L4, don’t go wrong one. Looks downtrodden fr outside but inside room is big and clean.

It is on the 3rd floor where you need to take a lift in the shop alley. The room is clean. To my surprise, breakfast is provided.

Good experience at this hotel apart from the smell of cigarettes in my room.

Not as bad as seen in some reviews. Experienced a night with KTV noises from don't know where. But the KTV stopped after 10.30pm. No room cleaning service in between stay and might be we didn't ask. All in all, still OK. My child enjoyed his time in the bath tub.

Really omg hotel, very very old type, the room no clean at all, sound pollution at night, my bed got alot bugs 🪲, me and my sister get bite,sad

Clean room, helpful staff, more than enough English to not have issues.
