Great cityview, great location, air conditioning was a bit too weak, took a long time to cool the room.

I stayed at Executive King room during my trip. Beside can go to the Executive Lounge for free drinks and wine. The hotel also Executive room customers free hot food everyday from 12noon to 8.30pm at the hotel coffeehouse. All the hotel staffs from front desk, Executive Lounge, coffeehouse, housekeeping and concierge are very friendly. The location are very good, just beside Taipei main station , Taipei city mall and Q Square.

had a wonderful experience staying at Palais de Chine Hotel. The hotel beautifully blends classic European elegance with modern luxury, creating a unique and sophisticated atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality furnishings and a cozy ambience. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and luxurious with excellent amenities. The service was top-notch—staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both Western and Asian options, all fresh and delicious. Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated with easy access to Taipei Main Station and shopping centers, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, Palais de Chine offers a refined and relaxing stay in the heart of Taipei. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and great hospitality.

Very close to Taipei main station and just right beside Qsquare. Excellent option to stay in.

The hotel hospitality is very good and the location just superb. It is very convenient near the MRT, HSR and the Rail. Easy to get around. The shopping center is just next to the hotel and the underground lots to shop as well. It is connected to several shopping center using the underground walkway. The hotel ambiance is good for couples with romantic feel but for business traveller, would like to have much bright light in the room. The welcoming items with chicken essence that's really thoughtful.

Worst 5 stars hotel i have stayed. You may observe similar feedbacks if you look at the reviews. Weird toilet design. The bathtub is just beside the main door. When opened, you can literally see the bathtub and toilet bowl. There is also no overflow drainage hole on the bathtub. The water could overflow and wet the toilet floor entirely. And the irony is that they put up a sign to encourage water saving but provide a poorly designed bathtub. The curtain is thin and sunlight shines right through at about 6+AM. The blackout curtain is a vertical blind and it is very heavy to pull up and down to block out the sunlight. They do not care anyway because when told of my bad experiences, the manager just smile that feel like saying "hey, this is what it is". Definitely will not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is a bit too dark themed for my liking. But you’ll get used to it and appreciate the awesome Location right at Qsquare and opposite the Taipei main station.

5 Stars – Loved My Stay! Palais de Chine is a beautiful hotel with a warm, classy vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start. My room was clean, cozy, and stylish — plus the bed was so comfortable! The breakfast buffet had a great mix of Western and Asian options. The location is perfect too, close to shops and public transport. I’d definitely stay here again!

Cold. Couldn't get rid of us at front desk enough, and the information given about executive lounge food was inaccurate. This hotel enjoys great location, and everything else is really just standard considering how much they charge per night. Some room types such as ours has walk-in shower, which is very important if with elderly who will find it hard to climb in and out of a tub for shower.

Worth and affordable 5 star hotel. Thank you for the wine and cake. My wife love the hotel so much. Will be back next time

No regret in staying this hotel. Conveniently located at Taipei Main Station, access directly to the mall. Service is good, room is amazing, bathtub was excellent and it comes with free chicken essence lolol highly recommend to stay here

Nice room and perfectly located next to Taipei main. Only complaint is the small gym. There’s many popular restaurants so make sure to make a reservation early

Palais de chine hotel is just opposite the Taipei main station which consist of bus terminal, metro & high speed rail, making the location very ideal and easy for travelling and stay. Not only the location, the service that the hotel provides was excellent, and overall the room is also clean and spacious for couples.

it’s a very artistic hotel, with a spacious room and comfortable beds, my second time staying here, it’s also very very conveniently located at the Taipei station, you can reach the metro, the train and the airport express very easily.
