Great location, 4mins walk from MRT Red line Daan station exit no.4. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. Have a sauna, steam and an onsen on the 13th floor (take an elevator to the 12th floor and go up by stairs) Not that big facility but can relax.

The Taipei Fullerton is a well located and comfortable place to stay, but it's let down for cleanliness and showing it's age a little. The first room that I was shown had someone's left half ice cream in the fridge, and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Whilst they did act and moved me to a new room (which I think was a slight upgrade as it had a sofa and a little more space), you can still notice that the windows suffer from the humidity and aren't kept in good condition, and other small things like this, like the lights in the lift having dust and dirt inside them. Also the lighting in the bathrooms is quite poor, you cannot easily see yourself in the mirror which can make shaving difficult. A real shame these small details aren't kept on top of, because otherwise the staff are lovely and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel.

We booked three superior rooms and one of the rooms was smaller than the rest, even though we had paid the same price. The rooms were functional and clean, and housekeeping was prompt (before 10am). Breakfast selection was limited but sufficient. However, service standards should be improved - the staff were not very helpful in addressing our needs. When my family member needed a new hairdryer because the current one was not working, she had to make multiple calls as the staff was trying to get her to troubleshoot herself. When our card key couldn’t work, we had to go to the counter a few times to get the staff to assist. Despite these flaws, the location of the hotel was great though (5 mins from da’an MTR with convenience shops along the walk), so it was easy to get around as well as to get supplies.

The hotel is very conveniently located and close to MRT. The room is neat with a comfy bed Bfast is included which is also very handy I also like the common area on the ground floor

room is decent , amenities all perfect. size is ok, breakfast is standards, not so many choices but overall good experience staying here. location is not too far from mrt daan exit 4. quite a walk but is fine , most important is 1 line with taipei main station so no need to transfer here and there with luggage

After all, it's a decent hotel. Amazing butler service, very good location access around, 2 mins walk to nearest MRT station. Very generous hotel that provides coffee and comfort seats.

Hotel service is very good. Hotel can help to book taxi to airport with reasonable price. Room service was excellent. Receptionists were helpful and friendly.

Very near to MRT. Sound insulation is good as no sound even though the rail is just next to the hotel. Bus stops nearby, The breakfast is essential , always top up with food and prompt service.

The room was very nice. My king size bed was very comfy, pillows as well. I liked the location- very close to the metro station.

Room is clean, but there is a glass fragment in the carpet in the room.

We had booked 2 rooms next to each other. Great bathrooms and clean bed. The hotel is located on a main road in Da’an with easy walking access to eateries and shopping. The price was reasonable

When we booked the hotel we did not realise that Da'An was a Taipei foodies' haunt! When we started to run through our MUST EAT LIST we discovered for example that the most famous bean curd place was 200 m from the hotel! It's a small hotel but located just a short walk from the metro station. My wife liked the added security of the rooms facing inwards to a open central atrium. The WiFi however was really very laggy and unusable. Hope they all improve but the time I visit again. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay 200 TWD for having misplaced one of the room cards. Most hotels I stay at around the world don't even bother to ask for it to be returned these days.

Everything about this hotel is good, the only drawback is that the central air conditioning in the room cannot be changed. In summer, I turned on the air conditioning at 16 degrees, but it soon changed automatically to 19 degrees. No matter how I changed it, it was still a bit hot. I complained to them and they said there was nothing they could do. The only way is to add another fan to my room.
