Great location with an mrt exit location right outside the hotel. The shower stall is entirely see through though..Amenities wise, only a public bath and a small lounge - if there were to be a gym, it would be even better

Modern and well maintained hotel. Feels like a Japanese hotel. Great service. Front desk staff are always helpful. She even guided me to the elevator which is great when you first arrive at a hotel. Sparkling clean room. Great amenities including Toto fixtures. I enjoyed the public bath on the 17th floor. It's not hot spring water, but well worth a visit to relax. The room was tiny though. I would not want to stay in a small room for more than two nights.

The breakfast options are plentiful and very Japanese-style, with excellent à la carte choices. There aren’t many people, and the rooms are new and very clean. The bed is also very comfortable. On the 17th floor, there is a Japanese-style bathhouse, and vending machines offer a variety of items for purchase. The MRT station exit is right at the doorstep. Overall, the experience was great.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, making it a really comfortable place to relax after a long day. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping and local attractions, which made exploring the area a breeze. And let’s talk about breakfast—absolutely delicious! There’s a great variety of options, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Every stay here feels special, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail. This hotel is a pleasant surprise. The rooms are very clean, and the staff friendly, professional, and efficient. The hotel only has 1 restaurant, but luckily Mr. Brown coffee shop is just 50 meters away. The breakfast is great, but the noise level in the restaurant in the morning can be rather loud. The acoustics tends to exaggerate the sounds. The only downside is the room doesn't have a proper desk, so if you are a business traveller, or a traveller that needs a proper desk at night to work, for example, this could be a challenge. The pleasant surprise is the hot tub / onsen experience on the top floor. This alone may be the reason for me to return on my next trip to Taipei.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is just about 1 minute walk from railway station. The room is in Japanese style and is very clean. There are many choices of food for the breakfast buffet. The staff are very polite and helpful.
