We had a great view from our room and loved the staff. The location was in between two metro stops so you have to walk 10ish minutes in either direction to get to a stop. The only other complaint I had was there was an electric toilet/bidet and it would automatically flush for you and was insanely loud. If my husband or I went to the bathroom during the night the other would get woken up by the loud sounds of the automatic toilet flushing.

Didn’t plan to stay at this hotel but it turned out to be very comfortable at an easy location. The staff were friendly and kind. The sunken bath was interesting and the hotel character was actually the rice biscuit company’s. I had a pleasant stay during the typhoon weather. Breakdown was also satisfying.

Nice hotel with a very good breakfast spread. You can tell they work hard to keep this place very clean and in good condition. Beds are comfortable as well

Really had a good stay! :) The room is the perfect size for couples. Loved the bathtub along with the bath salt. They provide complete amenities. The staffs are friendly & professional. 10/10 would visit again ＜333

This small hotel is centrally located in Taipei shopping area. The subway station is a walking distance away, but there is plenty of taxi that is affordable. The hotel stands out in its service and its rooms. The hotel staff will make every effort to meet your needs during your trip. Every request is attended to swiftly and courtesly. If you have any special needs, be assured that the staff will attend to it. The bathroom is ... Amazing. If you like Japanese onsen, the bathtub is the only one in my years of travel that provides an onsen experience.

I especially appreciated the "comfy bed and they have upgrade our room to Garden facing Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay, and I would highly recommend I’ll definitely be back! Great location, fantastic front desk staff, very accommodating and caring. The breakfast is great as well.

The service is amazing! The staff remembers their guests and greets them, helps with luggage and even offers to help with getting a taxi etc. the hotel rooms are tastefully decorated and the bathrooms are huge with a walk down hot spring kinda bath, walk in shower (with rain shower), bidet, the most comfortable in room slippers, amenities as all 5 star hotels. Breakfast tastes great (feel free to ask for freshly blended coffee like a cappuccino, latte etc), hotel provides free want want snacks. The bed and pillows were really comfortable! Love everything about the hotel and will stay there again!

All is good in general except a bad smell in room. Maybe it's related to carpet and wet weather. Services is good at all, especially the frontline staffs at reception. Highly appreciated.
