Location: Hotel was very near to the iconic taipei 101 building, just step out from the hotel and u can see it already. It’s also nearby 2 MRT (xinyi anhe and taipei 101), across the street is the louisa cafe which is very cheap in price and the ambiance is good as well. 7/11 and family mart also is nearby. Also, hotel is beside the main street so in the morning u will def wake up because of the car noises outside. Cleanliness: Some area are dusty, never clean to well. You have to request for clean up so they would clean the room. One time, we asked for the room to be clean but they only replaced the towels and water bottles, empty the trash but never even sweep the floor!! 👎👎👎

Decent location, not as close to station as ideal. Good to go night market. Very clean.

Very clean, in a unbeatable location. The sound from the big intersection is inevitable, though.

Booked 3 separate bookings for 8 nights stay because different room category availability. Requested for hotel to arrange same room, even downgrade our category also we are okay. We just want to avoid the inconvenience to change rooms. Must check in using kiosk and no room options given, we are forced to check in and check out few times in one trip. No housekeeping provided if you don’t put the ‘clean room’ card. No disposable amenities provided. Only one thing good is the location, near to Taipei 101.

One of the staff is not friendly.

Room was much, much smaller than the pictures. I didn't understand how cleaning of room worked, if we needed to request it in advance? Also, self check in desk is not intuitive AT ALL. Especially if you do not speak Chinese. We couldn't make it without receptionist help. So what's the point of having self check in kiosks? Receptionist was very kind, but English not good enough for us to understand each other properly. Breakfast was below average. You need to go to a local cafeteria (external, although few minutes walking). Selection of items you can chose from is very very limited (like 4 or 5 sandwitches) that cannot cater for diet restritions of any sort. Also, service is excruciatingly slow.

Very nice staff and gave us early check in . Very good location, walking distance to the night market.

Location is alright, walking distance from train stations. Room is small but we had a great view overlooking the TAIPEI 101 Building. Checking in is with the use of a machine and the staffs are barely around.

The aircon is cold always even adjusted be high temperature , especially night time , i need to suffer cold air to sleep for two night. Quite noisy room.

Location was near MRT and to a lot of food places. Very convenient to walk to 101. Room might be small but overall still ok.

Comfortable stay. Great location next to major shopping centre like Paragon, Takashimaya, etc.

Love the strategic location to 101 mall, night markets and restaurant nearby. Safe to walk at night and staff very helpful. Room is small but got great view of 101 mall. Close to MRT and rent bike
