The location is great just 4 min away from MRT Zongshan elementary school. Food can be reached via doorstep. Room was superb and spacious. Downside is the room quite smelly. The mattress is at comfort level, nice sleep.

The laundry machine built into the the family room is acting terrible, we tried whole day to fix the dryer wasted entire afternoon still not able to try the clothes. The old parents waited whole night unable to sleep well and started getting sick. We called the service to come fix and try the dryer machine again however still not working. We have to hang the clothes in the warm room in the hope the clothes will dry overnight. The hotel hosts many guests should have couple of back up individual dryer in case the room washers/ dryer machine breaks.

Big room, clean and comfortable. Near the Shangcheng night market and train station

Extremely roomy and well equipped. Many convenient stores and coffee shops nearby. Only thumbs down is that it's about some 10min walk to the nearest train station for downtown Taipei.

Traveled with a young toddler, asked for a crib, though the hotel forgot to set up, but quickly fixed the problem. Great location with the night market street nearby, for places on the 4th floor, kinda noisy at night, other than that, room is spacious and staff was friendly.

Service is good.Facilities above our expectation. Limited Food choices. Good Location. Many good restaurant within the area. Bus stop is just 5 minutes away from the Hotel. Will definitely stay again here in our next trip.

Spacious and clean room.

Stayed for work. I booked one night first but I had to book one more night. Had to book two different room types because of the property's availability, which is fine. But on check in, the staff didn't even acknowledge the booking of two different room types and just issued the keys to me for the smaller room for entire two nights without even communicating this to me. Didn't even give me the option to room move for the second night at first. I don't need discount because the hotel has the right to receive the money and the booking came with a non cancellable term. But assuming that I'll just understand even without being told of the arrangement? After being presented the room keys, I asked if the staff is aware of my two different room type bookings. I didn't even ask for a discount nor a compensation but the first thing the staff mentions they can't give the money back? I didn't even ask for it. At least say sorry you overbooked or explain the situation and tell me I need to change rooms after the first night. The property is nice overall, good room design but definitely not the staff.

Very very good hotel and friendly front office staff, worth every cent. Suberb location with a nice market just around the corner. Starbucks is just next to the hotel, got my delicious coffee conveniently every morning to start the day. Perfect place to stay if visiting Taipei!

Convenient location, next to night market, Starbucks and supermarkets. Recommended!
