Service are alright but cleanliness wise no, toilet showing outdated in clean as you’ll the mold around including the grouting, smell of sewage are noticeable and the duvet insert have big stain but the toilet bowl are awesome.

Good location. Near Taipei main station, Ximengding. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

The hotel occupies the top 2 floors of a building shared with other businesses. It is linked to MacDonald on ground level and Japanese restaurant at level 2. There is no housekeeping service provided. However, they have free flow beverages in the lounge area. The staff are also helpful to assist our enquiries.

Overall good experience. The location is excellent as it’s only several minutes walk from Taipei Station. The staff is very helpful, our first room had drain noise, and he helped us to swap to the 2nd room, however, that room had smoky smell, and he managed to move us to the 3rd room. Rooms are clean, however, the mini fridge is very noisy, and the shower head is not adjustable and make the shower a bit difficult. This building has restaurant, offices and 2 different hotels, so the logistics of using the lifts is a bit inconvenient. Overall good value.

Staff were unhelpful with requests. Did not like the hotel and location.

Short walk from the Taipei Airport Express station. The hotel lobby is located on the 11th floor and rooms were on the 10th. Check in was easy since I arrived past 8pm. Since I was staying for only 1 night, I booked a room without window and regretted it the moment I stepped into the room. The musty and mouldy smell were really bad, and even when I got an air freshener from Watsons, I couldn't stand the smell and couldn't wait to get out the next morning. Good for budget travellers but I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near Taipei Main Station. It occupies the last two level of the building. Room is big and spacious and their toilets are all equipped with the bidet. They offer few convenient services such as ordering the popular Taiwan souvenir snacks as well as the popular Fu Hang Soy Milk for breakfast. There is coffee dispenser as well as washing machine at the lobby aka top most level. There is only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. Hence do strategise on when to wash your clothes. Each wash/dryer session cost 50 NTD and you can approach the staffs to obtain detergent.

Great location, very near to Taipei main station and also walkable to ximending. Lots of eateries and shopping areas within the vicinity. Is also easy to take the Taipei metro to visit other place. The hotel is also near the bus station to go yeliu. Overall great hotel, clean and spacious for family of 4.

Really central location short walk from Z6 exit of Taipei main train station. Room is clean and comfortable, very quiet at night to sleep, and food is never too far away any time of the day. Walkable to Ximending too.

The room was spacious, bedsheets were clean and the room smell fresh upon entering. staff are polite. love the lounge area. will definitely come back to stay again!

Located near the train station, Hotel Relax I made for a convenient and comfortable stay in Taipei. Unfortunately, I didn't have a window, which does make the atmosphere feel a bit cramped for my liking. The amenities were good and I didn't have any issues with outside noise.

The hotel’s location was convenient, though it was slightly hard to find at first. The room itself was simple, spacious, and comfortable, but the lack of a window made it feel a bit closed in. My main issue was with the cleanliness. The shower area had a strong, unpleasant smell, likely due to the rubber flooring—it reminded me of a gym toilet. Additionally, the toilet floor was dusty and even had spider webs, which was quite off-putting. Overall, the stay was decent, but the hygiene standards need improvement. If the cleanliness is addressed, this could be a much better experience for guests.
