Clean and tidy room with enough space for our items. We arrived early and staffs are friendly to offer us a room before check in time. Nice stay.

A very convenient location just next to many local eats, the Taipei MRT station, and the SKM department store. Friendly staff and good service throughout my 4-day-3-night stay, also flexible with luggage storage before and after check in and out. My room was clean and decent for a solo traveler - I love the scent of the 2-in-1 shampoo x body wash a lot! Recommend for city travellers for sure!

The hotel location is convenient, near the Taipei metro station. The room was also big enough for 2 luggages to be opened. Amenities are bare - there’s basically no disposable items as per Taiwan’s new laws. Our uber food order was delivered without utensils and we asked if they had cutlery, which they also did not have. Of the 5 nights we stayed, for 2 nights they did not replenish the complimentary water. There is however a water cooler on each floor. The staff were unfriendly though. there’s a washing machine on the 7th floor, but there were many hotel guests that were irresponsible and did not remove their clothes in time. We waited for 30 mins before asking the hotel front desk if they could help, but they just said that they’re not able to assist as the clothes are guests’ personal property. The male staff told us “just continue waiting”. There was a notice at the washing area indicating that hotel staff could remove clothes but clearly they did not want to help. Also, I understand it’s personal items, but it could be removed with tongs (especially with a cctv in the washing area), which is quite a common practice for other hotels. we had to wait for an hour for a machine to be available despite the fact that there were 4 dryers and washers. If you’re here for a short stay and expect minimal interactions with the hotel staff it’s fine. Otherwise, would recommend other hotels with better hospitality.

Easy access to almost everything, especially if you’re a muslim, plenty of halal food around which is just a walking distance, near to taipei main station and bus stations. The room was spacious, have water dispenser, everything was good for me, just the price is a bit expensive but totally worth it

To the very beautiful and kind female staff members I was initially worried because my flight arrival time was earlier than the check-in time, but the hotel kindly offered me early check-in and even upgraded my room. The room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to both Taipei Main Station and Ximen Station, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. There is a staff member who speaks Korean very well, and she was so cute and friendly. I wish I had brought some Korean snacks to give her. I also parked my rental car in the hotel’s parking lot, but the payment machine was only in Chinese, which was confusing for me. Thankfully, a very beautiful staff member kindly helped me through the process, and I was able to finish without any issues. This hotel not only has a great location and excellent room conditions, but its greatest asset is definitely its wonderful staff. Thanks to all of you, I had such a wonderful trip to Taiwan.
