The service was terrible. I booked this hotel with 2 meals. , for dinner, they said we could not order the expensive menu, so we ordered within what they advised us. The oysters were not very fresh, and the soup was so blended, and there was no taste. We did not enjoy our meal much, and then once we finished, they gave us the bill with additional charge. I asked yhat lady what this additional charge for, then that lady did not even know what is wrong at the first. and then she called other senior lady, and she came back to us and explained like, "This menu you ordered was actually not included in your meal plan. But it's okay since it's our fault, we will not charge to you. It's okay we will take this additional chages. " I felt like... they are not generously allowing us something or giving services. Was so uncomportable. And the guy who work in the spa place on 2nd floor was so rude. Cheng? Chen? He was so rude and not quite nice. Also, for the outside spa(pool?), i know a lot of othe hotels spa allow people to use the shower cap on ther hair, but they said i should buy the swimming cap. Was so strict, so even we had the swimsuits, we were not able to use the outside spa(pool?). I paid almost 600$ and this hotel does not deserve to get this much amount. I do not recommend this hotel never ever.

The room is smaller than expected. We came with a kid. They have man and woman hot spring respectively and kids are not allowed to enter. We could use the private bathtub with spring water inside our room but it is not very large. Hotel service is excellent. Free parking available. Staff are friendly. One of the restaurant staff who served our table is very friendly too.

It’s a good experience to come back here every time we come back to Beitou.The facility is great and not many people there.Just hope the room will be a little bit bigger.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Since we stayed on Sunday night so there was not crowded even the hot spring area was so quiet. We were happy that they have 2 outdoor hot spring and the design of the area was like Japan, it made us feel so good. As for the room, they offered free fruits, snacks and drinks in fridge that was so caring. This hotel is suitable for not only couples and friends but also families and kids.

hotel is very nice. the entrance is very grand and there are plenty of car parks near the entrance. there is free flow of hot spring water in our room. there is also public hot spring on the third floor. however the breakfast is just okay. I would definitely come back here the next time I am in beitou.

Location wasn’t the best as it ain’t accessible from nearby train station, have to take a transfer bus/ walk a certain distance away. The in room facilities is awesome with the gigantic white sulphur hot spring water running endlessly. The service and room cleaning from the hotel is top notch, very friendly staff and thoughtful room keeping.  The hotel breakfast spread is great with many items to choose from and it’s all deliciously prepared

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities are excellent, hot spring is good. Food is good. Feel relax. Definitely will come again.

The Gaia hotel service very good But the hotel cafe shop breakfast food need a long way to go ! This is first time feeling bad of the breakfast food .  scramble egg well done and the vegetables was not seasoned 2/F the japan style hotpot so nice By the way all the service excellent👍👍👍

we had a great stay at the hotel. rather convenient location if you like walking - about 15min from the xinbeitou mrt station. but they do have a shuttle bus for guests from the station as well. the service was impeccable, from the personalised reception on arrival to our departure. the food was great too - a good variety at breakfast and dinner was delicious. we had a great stay at the hotel. thank you for taking care of us!

we really like this hotel. The atmosphere, environment and also staff is really nice and professional.
