Very closed to Taipei main station and AirPort Express line. Have 7-11 nearby. Staff was nice and helpful. Room a quite big, got a lot of space

great stay! very spacious room! good breakfast! polite and nice staff we arrived 930am for breakfast but they still allowed us to get food even if the buffet is just til 930am. very nice location many 7/11s nearby, close to taipei main station and bus to taipei zoo!

The room is spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff are attentive. I’ll definitely choose this place again next time.

I like fresh salad for breakfast. And next time I would like to stay there.

Prime location and easy access to Taipei Station and walking distance to Ximending.

Traveled with my whole family and booked two triple rooms for 4 nights. The rooms are clean. The staffs are helpful. The breakfast line was great with variety as we stayed for 4 nights we got 4 different lines of breakfast everyday. Walkable distance to subway and closed to convenient stores and eating spots.

location of hotel was perfect as within walking distance we are able to go nearby shopping mall, plenty of convenience stores and even walk to xi men ding

Room was clean, spacious. Restroom adequate. Hotel is a just walking distance to transportation. Nearby restaurants/food stalls. Great location overall.

Location good. Service not bad and room too.

Bed is comfortable. Aircon cannot be control and forever at 21 degree. really want to cold die me. Staying here once is enough. Not recommended here’s why. Smoking smell right outside our room during our stay from day 4 to 7. Seem like no proper maintenance has been done. Cleanliness is an issue here. - hairs on the floor even the bathtub (there is hair) after multiple days of staying. Even with housekeeping, hair is still visible. In fact I question how they clean the bathroom. Stain on the tap. There is always a smell every night we return to the floor after the housekeeper is done. No amenities provided. Not even a simple cotton bud but that wasn’t an issue but it just didn’t justified the price we paid for. Dust can be visibly seem under the lights. Hair Dryer is super low in wind speed. Tough to dry my hair. TAKE NOTE! - you cannot on the kettle while using the dryer at the same time. Which were not stated or mentioned at all. One of the night, our parents were boiling water using the kettle and one of them was drying hair and there was a circuit tripped. Our parents is in their late 60 and 70s. Which is a big concern for us. The room went black out! We have to go to lvl 1 to look for the staff which she then mentioned but did not even inform the guest. Luckily it didn’t take too long for them to solve it. But that has already make the whole accommodation experience worse. Finally - We top up breakfast on our last day before checking out. Add on at your own risk. We do not expect super good food but at least acceptable. Food is not nice at all. Choices are super limited. Broccoli was so soft and cold and the taste was super disgusting!! Butter egg toast is even worse. Wedges is so cold and gross. wasted 300 NT to add breakfast which a simple proper meal cannot even provide their guest. Lastly, I suggest adding a mini slope at lvl 1 so guests can easily drag their luggage up. It tough to carry and even walk up the stairs despite it just a small one. Especially for the old ones.

The hotel is in a very convenient location in taipei (near the metro and airport express station). Cleanliness needs to be improved and the staff isn't that friendly.

The air conditioner system in every moment is 21 degrees can't turn manually.If you feel cool only off the system. No toothbrush and the carpet very dirty.

Everything is good. Near taipei main.
