Hard to book but it’s really worth a stay! Room is big and it’s comfortable! Love our stay here!

Big and clean room, about 5 to 10mins walk to taipei station

An 8-minute walk from either Ximen station or Taipei Main station - consider if it suits you if you hate walking!

I reached hotel at 2pm. Hotel check in time is on 3pm. I wait at hotel, but when 2:30pm I realised someone late after me can be checked in. I taught they maybe came before me, so I ignore it, after that I saw two of them late before me also check in. I ask again the man receptionist, he just say can check in ady, but he don’t even wanna inform me, although I just sit Infront of him. Next day I wanna do my laundry, so I have to change at the machine. I just took 100twd to lobby to change at the machine. But my 100twd can go trough, so I change with the receptionist, he say he can’t help, ask me to use another piece. My wallet is in the room, I didn’t have it with me. Their service really make me feel disgusting

Hotel is in a good location and the premium room was comfortable and well equipped.

Hotel is located between NTU Hospital Station (red line) and Ximen Station (blue line), n within walking distance to Taipei Main Station, making it easy for travel to whole Taipei n Tao Yuan airport. Rooms are clean with room service once every three nights of stay. Room amenities r sufficient except one thing to highlight, the toothbrush is too hard n sharp that it may cut the gum if brushing with slight strength. Friendly staff

They said they upgraded our room which is appreciated. The room was spacious. The facilities in the room are ok in general but 2 things could be better. First, there is no bathroom door, and there is a big window that allows you to see the bathroom from the bed. This is not our preference. Second, the shower head was nearly broken so it didn't work as it supposed to be. The water leak around the head. The shower head holder was also very flimsy. It cannot hold the shower head stably at several angles. The shower head can only be facing directly at you. Any downward angle wouldn't work.

They have the best staff team. Everyone was kind and pleasant. Knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel's location is also excellent, close to many restaurants and popular destinations. We had a wonderful stay. On top of it, the hotel helps to store your luggage before check-in and after checkout. That was very convenient when our flight was later that evening. It is a great hotel that we are definitely coming back to when we visit Taipei next time.

Location is great. The room is comfortable. Insufficient sign to check in at level 3. The ground floor lobby is undergoing restoration as we were leaving the hotel. The carpet badly need replacing with new ones. Overall still a good hotel

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there was no water on our first night. This means no water in the toilet, shower and sink. As there isn’t any clarity on the severity of the issue, I had to book a night at the nearest hotel for my family just to use their bathroom. It was a very unpleasant experience for our first night here. Luckily, we were refunded for our first night’s stay with the help of Trip.com’s help. Apart from this, their bed is very comfortable. The hotel is situated at about 2-3 mins walking distance from NTU Hospital, and other convenience stores, which is a huge plus point.

I don’t recommend this hotel for people who like clean hotel. Room size is ok but the toilet and bath is too small and lots of molds. The reception will not give you free water even you are staying for 5 days. Reception ask me to refill my empty bottles at the 3rd fmmLocation is 10-15 mins walk to Xiemanding.

Very nice hotel cheap and big room near Taipei main station convenient for tourists

Perfect for an affordable clean space right near the station. Easy check in and out. Free coffee in lobby and comfy beds. Would stay again.
