Prime location great service, breakfast exceptable their coffee machine was a plus. No washer/dryer inconveniences. Newly renovated hotel for sure will rebook again. Can describe more detail in hotel directions as i still missed the hotel entrance even with help with apple/google Map. I.e from Taipei main station exit from Y17 walk for 5mins if need elevator can talk exit at Y….

Pros: - Walking distance from Taoyuan Airport MRT - Close to Carrefour (next door), Poya, and 7-Eleven - Walking distance to Shilin Night Market - Walking distance to Beimen MRT Station - Decent breakfast included Cons: - Must bring your own toiletries Overall, have a good stay. Do remember to bring your own bed bugs spray (just in case)

Very close to Taipei station, convenient to travel around. The hotel is very clean and the room size is extremely big. Breakfast provided by the hotel is also very good.

Definitely value for money. This hotel is a great choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service at a reasonable price. I personally like it’s location which is close to Taipei station and some of the tourist attractions like Dihua Street and Ningxia night market, make it a standout option for exploring the city.

Room 201 somewhat appealing with large closet bathroom and tug with a comfortable bed and sleeping area With the above commends it is however failed me with the bathroom facilities of a pathetic size and inconvenience use of the washing basin which lacks hotwater hooked up  i have to use the bathtub and it wasted 5 minutes of water flow before any noticeable trace of hot water  The water basin setup was a breaking point if it is not just an overnight stay  The bath has at least 70 sqft and it needs complete made over with the climbing bathtub access difficult even for a 6 feet person ( it looks like for wheelchair setup )

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast spread is decent if you are not fussy about food. Very nice centrally located with walkable distance to Taipei Mainstation and other public transport.

Walking distance to zhongshan and taipai train station! Also near to Airport MRT! The hotel is on transition to change its name, so it's a bit confusing when searching on Google Maps!

Its spacious and have a very comfortable bed. Lighting and toilet is great and got the seat warmer. Breakfast has great selection and taste great. Tbh, its my best hotel in taiwan stay so far

Good location but old facility ( especially the bathrooms). Towel provided is very old and wear out, the shower is broken, and I pay extra for a room with window, but the window is not transparent, and with  rust on it. Breakfast was surprisingly good, but who would need to have breakfast in hotel in Taiwan. Not going to recommend the hotel to anyone, highly not recommended.

Overall the hotel is fine. The checkin process was very slow. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable .

Good Location, Supermarket closed to hotel, free breakfast and good price. Hotel's name changed to Holiday Inn Express Taipei Station!

Everything is renewed. so it's okay not bad. But the air conditioning is a bit weird, sometimes is hot and cold. But I do have a great stay while I'm here

Loud, not very clean- other guests screaming in the hallway and 10 people to a room, would not recommend to anyone.
