hotel was okay but a bit old. there was shampoo and body soap but no bidet. strict with check in time we arrived 30 mins earlier than check in but they wouldnt check you in even if room is already available. location is good

I asked at the counter when checking in.” If possible, can I choose a room with windows?” The lady at the counter replied coldly: We can't choose the room type. Then they told me the room number, but the staff gave me the wrong key, so I had to change it. When I entered the room, I could feel the old carpet, the peeling wallpaper on the wall, the very cold air conditioner, and the inability to adjust the temperature.

Location is good but room is old and slightly dusty. The carpet needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.

Pros: Cheap! Free washing machine and dryer. Staff were pretty good. Location was great. TV is room. Spacious. Cons: The whole place is old and tired. Very adequate - you get what you pay for.

We unexpectedly got upgraded to family room and it so comfortable, all great!

So close to the Shuishe pier,clean big room,also good lake view from balcony.

Pros: Clean room and comfortable bed. Cons: Location is a bit far from the train station, approx 15-20 min walk. Bad sound proofing.

Very nice hotel located in Tainan. Very central, close to all the places by walking. Hotel safe and receptionnists are very professional. Room is ok, but very cheap for the area.

Hotel and building was a little dated. Our room was overly basic in a state or repair. There was a terrible mould smell in the room which we did not like. The bathroom was nice and clean though. The location was pretty good too. Not too far from the station, close to the night market, and close to subways and bus routes. Definitely wouldn’t stay again and would look at paying a little more for a nicer hotel.

It's quite close to the train station - about ten minutes walk, but there are some buses which pass close by as well (numbers 3, 5, and 77). There is a laundry by the rooms. Lots of food places in the surrounding streets.

You get what you pay for, and for a one-night stay, it was decent. I was upgraded to a family room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The lighting was a bit dim, and the front desk staff could’ve been more welcoming, but overall, no major issues. For a solo traveler, it’s definitely a step up from a hostel.

room is spacious location is in a building with night life facilities and window is directed to the open hall, stayed 2 nights and 2nd night there's a fight at the ground floor, loud shouting woke me up
