Fuqi Hostel

Air conditioner is not working well, lavatory and basins are not enough. Location is good, close enough to adjacent night markets.

My third time in this hostel was still great! Definitely come here!

The location is very good. The showers and toilets are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

They don't reply to emails or messages. I left my power bank there and they don't help me look for it. Don't read the messages or emails. The woman on the phone is dismissive and not willing to help. It's ok to get this cheap hostel if everything goes well, but if something goes wrong they will not help you.

Our stay here was very nice! We enjoyed a nice hot spring bath on the rooftop and had a calm and comfortable night here!

The hostel is easy to reach from train and bus station walking around 30 minutes. The front desk staff are very professional and have good online check in form. The sitting area is quite good and traditional and have a reasonable pantry with free hot drinks and some snacks. The dorm rooms are of good size with large spacious bed with curtains. The shower and toilets are on different floors and are reasonably clean. The building looks quite a traditional structure and you need to climb several steps and the staircases are very long and narrow. If you have many luggage and suitcases you will have a good workout in reaching your room. Overall the place gives a good traditional experience of Tainan and Taiwan and its worth the money charged. The location is the most ideal and you can walk to nearly all important tourist places from here. They also provide their own folded direction map. This was for me the best professionally managed owner managed hostel I have ever stayed in and you really feel immersed in Tainan staying at this Hostel.

We stayed at the hostel for one night. There is a school parking lot behind the hostel. Beds with curtains in shared rooms. There are shared spaces for staying.

I stayed three night here. It was good use for short stay in Tainan. Around 20 mins to Tainan station.
