Nice hotel, overall excellent. High tech toilet seat with temperature and auto water cleaning, amazing. Good breakfast included. One drawback is the toilet door opening outwards. Highly recommended hotel.

Although the l floor I stayed was silent floor but somehow it was noisy from somewhere out of my room in the early morning around 6am. In my room, on the top of the curtain full of dust. Terrible western breakfast especially the cheese omelette. So I didn’t take their breakfast on the next day. They provided with good service.

One of the staff on my arrival day was not very helpful nor friendly.

The hotel is really nice. Clean and tidy. It is fairly close to both bus and train stations. It is fairly accessible. The room was neat and tidy and had everything needed. It was modern and everything was great. The breakfast was delicious. However the staff at the hotel were not adept handling foreign tourists. However, the language barrier was overcome by their friendly and helping nature.

ห้องพักไม่ใหญ่แต่ทุกอย่างลงตัวพื้นที่ใช้สอยพอดีตัว เข้าห้องไปแล้วรู้สึกอบอุ่นชวนให้อยากอยู่หลายไปวัน แต่น่าเสียดายที่มีเวลาพักที่ไถหนานแค่วันเดียว คนมีรถสามารถเอารถจอดหน้าโรงแรมได้ พนักงานจะช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกให้ มื้อเช้ามีเมนูพิเศษตามที่เลือกไว้ เป็นโรงแรมเล็กไปที่ห้องพักสวย เงียบ เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนสุดๆ

櫃檯人員專業度不夠，寫錯名字還怪電腦問題，也沒覺得抱歉！從房間撥打櫃檯，房務都沒人接聽⋯⋯至少撥打7-8通⋯建議人員訓練要再加強！

只適合兩人去 早餐四人檯只有兩個 就算分配時間也有可能要白白等時間 兩人檯最多

房間舒服且蠻大的 缺點就是廁所的門是往外推不太習慣 燈光有點暗 其他地方都很好 早餐選擇不算多 但這個價位的CP值很高

酒店是西方古典宮廷風，無論是外觀，大堂和房間都非常優雅！拍照非常好看。前台很熱情，熱心解答我們各種旅遊相關的問題。早餐是半自助的，可以提前選中式日式和西式，食物質量很高，可惜能自助選擇的範圍有點少。酒店地理位置非常好，距離台南傳統商業中心赤坎樓很近，附近還有林百貨，永樂市場，大天后宮和台南孔廟，都是步行可到。整體非常滿意，下次來台南還住這裏！

房間裝飾歐式古典風格，洗澡和廁所分開，早餐精簡營養搭配均衡，有中西日式風格可選。建議自帶洗漱用品，酒店不免費提供。
