The receptionist female staff with a specterculs was very rude and she can speak English but it's useless because she even don't have a basic hospitality knowledge.
I stayed 3 nights spend 9,600nt$ it was not worth for the money. It's far from the Taichung Station and it will cost extra money by taxi to the hotel.
Too much ods and dirt in the room. The management has to do some mantances in the rooms.
Please don't expect any food in the Brakefast. Because there is nothing can eat. I had a tost with jam. The hotel management won't consider to anything that's why it's like that I guess.
The hote it won't woth for the money. Housekeeping staff was good and kind.
The receptionist staff need some hospitality knowledge. Please read this comment and think before you book this hotel or not. Thank you.

The hotel is clean and the service is good. Breaskfast is excellent, they have different menu everyday. The only problem is the airconditioning of the room is not quite good. It's hard to control and little bit hot. Rooms are not soundproof. Hotel location is good. Hotel staffs are amazing.

There is no shopping center, good restaurants .... near the hotel. We choose this hotel due to the hotel close to our visiting area. The hotel is clean and the hotel staff is polite.
