However, one downside during my stay was the presence of mold in the basement bathroom. While it was a minor issue, it did detract from the otherwise high standard of cleanliness and comfort. I hope the hotel management can address this to ensure all facilities match the excellence found elsewhere in the property. Overall, I highly recommend OLAH Poshtel Taichung Station. Its unbeatable location, stylish design, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service make it an excellent choice for travelers visiting Taichung. With a little attention to the basement bathroom, it could truly be flawless.

This is where you could get shared room with great privacy. It feels like you have your own room, with a lot of storage. The room and bathroom is very clean. The shower has dry and wet area separated. They also offer breakfast and noodle time at night. The only downside is that they don’t have lift to the shared room floor. It’s a little hard to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. And probably also need to be mentioned; the bed curtain is not a blackout curtain, so the lights could still peek in.

Perfect little place I would definitely book this again if I ever go to Taichung, location is perfect too.

Great surprise after booking. Hostel and hotel combined into one. Rooms are so spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and shower water pressure was amazing. Definitely a recommend.

Hotel staffs was very kindness and helpful for our problems and have a little sweet taste in a character corner 😋

Clean facilities and excellent lounge space with a great breakfast selection!  Bathroom and shower space in female hostel space is very clean and well secured.  Really nice staff and laundry is available for a fee of 50 TWD for each washer and dryer machine.

Location was very good, walkable to a number of tourist attractions such as Painted Animation Lane. Room had the necessary features, though small and tired looking. Comfortable bed. Towels were changed daily but need to be completely replaced. All the towels are very thin. Breakfast was passable. I had croissant and bread each morning. There was a multi-lingual coffee machine that provided espresso or americano. Cold milk can be added to coffee and heated up in microwave. Marcus at the front desk was friendly. He helped us out when our travel adapter didn't work. Overall, a comfortable stay. Just go with an open mind :)

Safe clean women only backpacker room. Quite and plenty ammenities. Clean toilet.

I stayed in the dormitory room and it was very pleasant. they provide you a room-like-bed which has fairly good privacy. I really liked the design of the bed. it had more usb ports and outlets than I expected and was very convenient for a traveller! Will definitely stay in when I come back to Taichung next time.

Good location, near Taichung railway station and Miyahara.

A short walk from train station but easy to find. 2x single bed room is of good size. Simple spread of breakfast as well as supper noodles.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable, the check-in process was smooth, and they offered free luggage storage, with some famous eateries conveniently located nearby.

Excellent location. Simple no frills hotel, but clean and convenient. will stay again.
