Concierge staff were super attentive. They were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage’s at the time we get down from our car. Very glad about it.

Very clean and modern hotel. Located near bus stops providing bus services to many places. Breakfast was very rich and sumptuous, the best dishes for me are the scrambled eggs and stir fried cabbage. Highly recommended for those staying in Taichung!

Very good service and the room is quite spacious. And the location is perfect if you take the train to Taichung train station.

Extremely bad experience. We checked in around 310pm and the front desk told us the room was not ready. We went out for a walk for 45mins and came back 355pm. Our child was very tired and we asked for the room key again. The front desk again told us the room was not ready because it is still five minutes to four. The hotel staffs are not considerate at all. We travel with a young kid and already waited for more than 45mins and they can’t even give us the key 2 mins earlier. Front desk’s altitude was bad. Don’t choose this hotel if you do a family trip. Can’t believe it’s 5 star hotel service.

Location is directly opposite Taichung railway station. Convenience stores are various and in nearby buildings. Very convenient to uber everywhere.

Although the room decor reminds of late 90's elegance (black and gold combo with carpet) the room was spacious and clean. No disposable toiletries were included in the room. The hotel is close to the Taichung Rail station that will take you to the HSR.

We booked 2 rooms this time, all on 8th floor. But the view of twin room is much better than the double room. A huge difference. You can take a look of the photos. We just tried their lobby cafe this time, service and food taste were ok, but the toast that we’ve ordered arrived cold, due to the malfunction of their oven, what a surprise!

Location is great as very near the main train station. Room is big and staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of good food are within walking distance

Checked into this luxury hotel at night, and the process was smooth. The reception staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. Upon entering the room, it was evident that this was a five-star hotel.

Location is good, just 5 mins walk away from the Taichung Station. But the staff are not very friendly though.

5 star hotel! The rooms were fantastic, modern and big room, clean and modern bathroom with bath tub! If the room is coloured in a brighter color that will be perfect.

The entire hotel felt very luxurious, and the room was absolutely beautiful. Also conveniently located next to the MRT and other attractions

Huge room with Morden design. Staffs were friendly. Excellent view at gym. recommend!
