Quest Hotel Tagaytay

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, and the hotel itself is clean and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The food was delicious, and the room was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was how accommodating the staff were to our needs as a family with a newborn. They thoughtfully placed us in a quiet part of the hotel, which made a huge difference in ensuring our baby could rest peacefully. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay, especially families. We will definitely be coming back!

Overall experience was excellent. I really appreciate the staffs especially the receptionist or lobby area. They are very accommodating, lively and kindness. The Baker J breakfast was delicious but the juice and coffee has nothing special. The price is also expensive. I think the only thing I didn't like is the location, because there's no beautiful view near at the hotel and even tourist spots are too far but still the place was good. Thanks!

The staff were really accomodating, always greets the guests with a smile. Sad that we weren’t able to take a dip the following day ‘cause the tagaytay weather was really cold! Our anniversary was extra special because of you guys! Keep it up!

Nice hotel and match the good deal . They have massage spa inside too, it is convenient and good service .

It was a very clean and spacious room. It is near the mall and very convenient. Mejo mahirap lang public transport kasi mangilan ilan lang yung dumadaan dun pero the guard will hail you one naman. Super helpful din mga staff. They offer breakfast din pero we didnt try it kasi we have a different itinerary. Excellent hotel

Very clean and staff are very accommodating. Just behind Fora Mall which makes it very convenient. You can just walk if ever you need anything. Also used their free luggage storage service. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and cozy hotel! Also the crews there are so friendly with good service. Swimming pool is just downstairs and next to mall.

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏
