Premier Inn Epsom South

Stayed overnight for work, but the bar staff totally made my night. It’s rare to come across staff who are actually fun, bubbly, nice and super friendly. Massive shoutout to Laura and Natalee for their amazing service. Food came out fast (big win), I went with the spicy chicken burger, which was proper tasty. Cooked lovely Washed it down with 6 pints. The Guinness art. The first four pints had decent-ish shamrocks on top, but the last two? abstract interpretations. Maybe Picasso was behind the bar. Still, full points for effort and for being top-tier humans. Would 100% stay again—mostly for the chat, the chicken, and to see if the shamrocks improve

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially with the WiFi connectivity. Changed my room and was given a voucher code. Evening meal as expected , served hot . The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces , especially as I had a coach to park up.

Brilliant and friendly staff go above and beyond to help with anything highly recommended, My stay here has been very pleasant and would stay again. Food is nice Again on the staff nothing is too much trouble Laura the manager was excellent !!

A few areas that need attention. The bathroom had lights not working, towel rail hanging off the wall. Bedroom had light not working. Time to get food was very long and we were the only 4 having food. Staff were very freindly and helpful. Looked like there may of been some work being carried out to the hotel

We stayed at the hotel for a trip to visit friends celebrating a birthday. We used it as a base for the two days. The hotel is quirky and definitely looking tired, but comfortable and got a good night sleep as standard on the premier inn mattress. This hotel and restaurant is in need of a refurbishment, but what stands it apart is the brilliant staff members working here. We’ve seen the same two staff members throughout the stay. They were friendly, approachable, polite and working well together as a team. They were working hard, and could have done with another pair of hands, especially during breakfast service. You couldn’t have asked for anything more from them! They are both a credit to the company!

There was no WiFi or signal meaning I could not do any work, the room was unbearably hot and if you opened the window you heard delivery trucks all night. There was black hair all over the bathroom and bed (neither my partner or I have black hair) It was my grandads funeral the next day so I wasn’t in a frame of mind to complain at the time. However the receptionist on arrival was lovely.
