Ace Francis is of the budget hotels in Tacloban with poorest services. I’ve been here twice and experienced the same kind of treatment— nothing has changed. Last time i was here, I was given a room with no provision of a bath towel. Good thing I brought my own. But by the time I have to sleep, the bedsheet, blanket, and pillows smelled terrible, most likely they haven’t been changed at all! I asked for a replacement but the receptionist said housekeeping was not available and gave me a used bed sheet and pillow cases! Horrible! And then, fast forward now, we arrived at around 7pm in Tacloban, booked for this hotel and guess what, I am horrified to experience the same filthy room again. I made a promise to my self that I will not be back in this place and will ban this in my org.
