Good Location, walking distance to some touristic places and main shops. Diverse breakfast and the massage in spa was amazing!

Loved it! The room was clean with a fantastic view, perfect for watching the Darling Harbour fireworks. The location is superb. While the service was a bit slow, the staff was friendly, warm, and professional. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

Good location , but check in & out is slow

Everything went well. We were provided with the twin bed room as specified in our booking, with no unexpected surprises like being given a king bed, which we did not want.. Stayed for 3 nights. Amenities were of good quality. Service was not bad, was attended to immediately at the entrance by the bell boy who handed our luggages with enthusiasm. Was also allowed early checked in as our room was ready when we arrived.

Receptionist are less friendly during check in process. On top of that, as 5 star hotel Uber Eats not offer to send in to room and need to collect by guest showing enough the services standard are low.

We loved the location as it was close to everything. We had an amazing view of the harbour. We also got lucky when they had a fireworks display at the harbour, we had the perfect room for it. Happy that we were assigned to a high floor. The construction was a bit of an eyesore but we still enjoyed our stay.

They have accessible room which is great for elderly, toilet is much bigger and the room too Location was really good with a train station right across, small swimming pool, breakfast was decent and not included, check in only one person working at the desk so a bit slow. The only downside is for every room service your order they charge tray fee and this was not explained from the start. First time to encounter this in hotel. So make sure you know what you want to order and only order once. If you forgot to order say drinks and order it after a separate tray charge will be charged on top of the bill for the food /drink

It is a great place to stay. There is a building that is into a reconstruction project and can be a bit noisy early morning

Really didn’t enjoy this hotel. Despite being 32° it was very cold and windy around the pool. The hotel is now surrounded by constant construction as the Harbourside complex has been completely demolished. Certain lights didn’t work in the room. The QR code for room service was not working. The Digital room key from my phone was not working to get into our room. No access to the pool or amenities before receiving room keys, despite being checked in already. No turndown service was offered. My body was itching all over from the bed. Couldn’t connect Chromecast to my phone kept saying service was interrupted. The staff were lovely, however, and service was great. My kids loved the pool despite it being cold and windy.

In the middle of darling,but a bit if distance from central. Only got outside swimming pool but no heated spa of indoor pool.even quite cold for spring . Service is good,bellboy super polite. No water provide,make sure u prepare yourself.
