Full of dust, hotel service is poor, no slippers. I booked king bed, but the hotel offered me 2 beds and zip together. There is construction nearby the hotel (which is not notice via Trip.com). I asked to change to other location or refund, they changed to other Hotel which distance about 1.5km from the A By Adina. The new hotel also dusty, no slippers.
I paid my room for 5 night via Trip.com, but the hotel still double charge me again. I called the hotel number on May 21st, the hotel told me they will refund to me immediately, however, I wait until May 22nd, still not yet refund me.
I left Australia to Nee Zealand on a May 22nd, so I can’t contact to hotel, the only I option I can do now is to contact my issuer bank to reject the charge from the hotel.
This is very bad experience, and I will never come back again to this hotel.
