Excellent experience! W Sydney I recently stayed at W Sydney for 6 nights and the overall experience was impeccable. From the moment I arrived, the service staff was very enthusiastic and professional, taking care of every guest in detail and making everyone feel at home. The room design is very modern and has a wide view. The room I stayed in faced the night view of Darling Harbour, and it felt like I was in a painting every night. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well soundproofed, so I had a very good rest at night. The hotel facilities are also commendable: the infinity pool on the top floor is so amazing that it is a must-visit; the gym is well equipped and the environment is clean and bright. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is efficient. The location is also excellent, within walking distance to Darling Harbour, Barangaroo and Pitt Street shopping areas, which is very convenient for travel and entertainment. Overall, W Sydney is a high-quality stay experience, highly recommended for travelers who value design, service quality and convenient location. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Sydney!

The standard pillows were uncomfortable so we took advantage of the ‘pillow menu’ option and had the best sleep on our second night! Thank you W for having this option for guests.  The complimentary options are good and the pool facilities are excellent. Loved it!

I had a deep sleep whole night. Super nice staff at the rooftop bar and nice drinks. Very clean, comfortable bathtub 🛁

I recently stayed at W Hotel Sydney with my family for a staycation, expecting the high standards the W brand is known for. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing and did not even meet basic 5-star hotel expectations. We reported issues with our room’s cleanliness at 3:00 PM, but despite several follow-ups, it wasn’t until 9:00 PM that someone finally came to address them. Even then, the floor was not vacuumed properly, coffee and amenities were not replenished, the bin was left uncleaned, used glasses were not removed, and the room had a horrible odor. We requested to speak with the duty manager at 3:30 PM, but after waiting over 45 minutes, no one showed up. The housekeeping quality was worse than what you’d expect at a 3-star hotel, let alone a pre This was not the luxury experience we were hoping for, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone seeking 5-star service. Extremely disappointed.

Stayed for 3 nights. Service could be better. The entire time we stayed here, the hallway had crumbs and rubbish, and they never cleaned or picked up the same rubbish for the entire time we were here. The breakfast was ok but not as good as we expected from a 5-star hotel. The food look pretty but the taste not so much. Great location if you don’t mind walking a bit.

Prefect view, especially on Saturday for the fireworks. Took 30 mins to waited for check in tho. Somehow there were a lot of people on that day.

Excellent hotel a) Great location especially with the Sydney Vivid Festival. It has the nice hotel view as well facing darling harbour. b) Kids friendly. The Tumbalong Park Playground is just beside the hotel. c) Great hotel services

Poor service. Very disorganised and unprofessional. We paid almost 800AUD for one night but it’s not worth it at all. They assigned a room with disabled toilet without asking. We had to ask to change to the room that we booked but they said they were out of room and made us to wait till the evening for the room.

Lovely hotel, clean and friendly staff. Rooftop heated pool is a lovely feature. Would stay again
