very satisfied with our stay! room was spacious, & the location was super convenient. lots of food options & shopping nearby. front desk was friendly & helpful as well. hotel breakfast was normal, can skip imo. will definitely be back :)

The location is really central and convenient for shopping and access to the main attractions in Sydney. The food from the restaurant was excellent, and prices are reasonable. The buffet breakfast was also good, but could be better with slightly more variation, especially since we stayed for 5 nights. Our room was booked for 3 people, but we were only provided with two towels and no extra pillow. Additionally, the glass windows could be cleaner.

Buffet breakfast Food was good especially the omelette. Actually services were so good and very efficient to clean up the table even though we just stepped out to grab more food A card that indicate the table is taken and return the card when complete of the meal may help. The smart view TV is nice as we may project our cell phone to TV to enjoy. However, internet connection wasn’t that good. View not good as block by the Sydney Tower. Location is excellent for shopping.

It is an amazing location to get you anywhere to famous spots.

I have not seen such unfriendly, unhelpful and biased concierge all these years. I have written to management that I witnessed the concierge literally making sarcastic unhelpful remarks to a few Chinese travellers. And it's not a single incident. I personally also experienced their impolite gestures when I asked for an umbrella. There was no greetings, no acknowledgement... In fact throughout the process, the guy handling my request didn't event utter a single word. Likewise when I wanted to retrieve my luggage on their luggage drop service... I was waved aside rudely, and waited for 10 min before they bother to attend to me. I am disgusted that this is from SWISSOTEL. this is an embarrassment to the brand.

swissotel should start installing bidets in the bathroom. We are not living in cave times. Wash your asses!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel—it was very comfortable and perfect for us as a family. The location is excellent, right in or near the CBD area, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and well-appointed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure.

Perfect stay at Swissotel. Breakfast is very good, with a great choice of food. The room is spacious and beautiful, and the bed is so very comfy. We definitely want to come back again.

Overall very good hotel. Excellent location 3 quarters from St James station. All the shops and places to see are nearby. Great room with excellent views

Great hotel in the heart of Sydney. Wonderful + clean beadroom + bathroom. Great front desk team. Great service team at the bar. Very kind + helpfull room service / house keeping team. Will come back!

Lovely hotel in the perfect location for a stay in central Sydney and it's attractions. Room was large and bed was comfortable, bathroom was huge with both a shower and bath. Elevators were prompt unlike what I read in other reviews. We stayed in 2 hotels in Sydney and this was much better value for money.

My husband and l couldn’t fault the hotel.  💯one of the best hotels we have stayed at.  💯 we would recommend the hotel to anyone 👍👍
