This well-appointed holiday cottage is located approx. 500 mfrom the sea. The pool area is a paradise for water lovers with 21 m²large swimming pool with counter-current, underwater lighting and awater slide. Besides the pool there is a large 6 person whirlpool,bathroom and sauna.Next to the pool room is the billiards room with an 8 foot pool table,stereo with CD player, dartboard, soft furnishings and bar withrefrigerators. From the billiards room you can see into the pool room.Besides the billiards room there is another activity room in the house.Here you can play table tennis, table football, PlayStation3 or watch aDVD on the large flat-screen TV. The activity room also has a stereowith CD player and a small office corner. From the activity room you canclimb up on the big play mezzanine, equipped with toys and a TV with DVDplayer.In the middle of the house is the large, architecturally interestingliving room and kitchen with 2 sofas, one by the wood-burning stove andthe large flat-screen TV with DVD player, and one where you can relaxwith a game or a good book.The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 2 cookers and plenty of space where youcan sit on bar stools and listen to music from the stereo, which alsohas a CD player. From the kitchen you can climb up on the large sleepingmezzanine with 4 mattresses and television with DVD players.Outdoor there is a sandpit and swings for the children. There is also apetanque court and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Large, openterrace and covered terrace - perfect for a nice barbecue with familyand friends.Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.
