HURRICANE DECK BOAT (pictured): Our TWENTY-ONE foot Deck Boat with a TEN passenger 1,400 lb. capacity is available - Summer Only - for our "Lake Country" guests. Meet at the marina, we will load your coolers, help you board and captain the boat if you like. Anchor with scheduled stops to swim and time for a favorite beverage or snack. Pack towels and plenty of sunscreen and we will do the rest. LUXURY LAKE HOME: Large and spacious, with an open concept, this vacation home is ideal for groups large or small. Our home is a high end quality build by a carpenter contractor for his family. PERFECT FOR A WEEKEND, A WEEK - EVEN A MONTH. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT DISCOUNTS and BOATING. Inside you will find hardwood flooring and vaulted ceilings throughout, with a fireplace on two levels, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, and dinette with walkout to the deck, or four season porch. There are two bedrooms (first floor) the Master bedroom with ensuite "full" bath, and a second bedroom with "half" bath. There is also a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer located on the main level (first floor). On the second level (second floor) there is a large family room w/ field stone fireplace, a media room with large screen viewing, and at your request a "fully stocked" Pub. This level also has a third, and fourth bedroom, together with a third "full" bath. There is a walkout stone patio, with cedar chairs, and a weber genesis grill . The property also includes high speed internet @ 1 Gig, Sonos Sound, dedicated office space, and blue tooth technology throughout. Our guests have FULL ACCESS to a three car garage together with SECURE off road parking. Outdoors there is a fire pit (hardwood provided), lawn chairs, coolers, and plenty of out door games, and green space available for play.
