The condo is a walk in level unit so there are no stairs to go up or down and it is located on the end of the complex so it's just a very short walk to the Marina and pool.The kitchen has newer granite countertops. There are flat screen HDTV TVs in all three bedrooms and the living room. The enclosed sunroom has a view of Table Rock Lake. There is so much more to enjoy. There is NO outdoor grill. We have tried to remove it from our listing but some people are still seeing it. The insurance company made us remove the grill from the property.While staying in Emerald Bay you will find yourself just a short drive from all of the Branson attractions. But if you are just coming to enjoy the beauty of Table Rock Lake, you can get here without fighting any of the Branson traffic. If you are bringing a boat, there are two boat trailer storage/parking options adjacent to the property, and a boat ramp within rock throwing distance of the condo. Branson Landing is only 9.6 miles, the Outlet Malls are 11 miles, Silver Dollar City is just 14 miles away. Most of the shows are only 10 or 15 minutes away.
