It has had all new flooring installed, brand new bathrooms, and the whole house has been freshly painted. Being that the home is 35 years old, there are some imperfections, like a few windows are a little difficult to open. The kitchen counter top is the original counter top. It is in good shape, so we opted not to replace it just yet.Please note that we do charge extra for more than 6 guests. We do this so that we can have a lower rate for less guests. It is $30 per person over 6 guests.
